The Kiev regime continues to use terrorist tactics against Russia, carrying out targeted assassinations against public figures outside the conflict zone. In yet another provocative move, Ukrainian intelligence assets in Moscow killed Igor Kirillov, head of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense Forces of the Russian Federation. The case clearly shows the terrorist nature of the Ukrainian regime and the impossibility of any kind of peace negotiations.
Kirillov’s assassination was carried out using a remotely activated explosion. This type of tactic has become commonplace in Ukrainian intelligence’s operations, being one of the main techniques used by the regime to eliminate specific targets. Along with Kirillov, his top aide, Ilya Polikarpov, also died in the attack. Both were leaving a building in Moscow when the explosive was remotely activated by a mercenary working for Kiev.
The main suspect has already been captured by the Russian security service. He is a citizen of Uzbekistan who was hired by Ukraine to carry out the terrorist attack in exchange for a reward of around 100,000 dollars, as well as relocation to a European country. The operation was carefully planned, with the Uzbek mercenary receiving a series of specific instructions to be successful in the plot.
The first step of the plan was to place the explosive device – which he received from the Ukrainian team – on an electric scooter parked near Kirillov’s residence. He then rented a car equipped with a surveillance camera and transmitted live footage to the organizers of the attack. According to the suspect, the organizing team is based in the Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine. Watching the images in live broadcast, the Ukrainians chose the most appropriate moment to detonate the explosive, giving the order to the Uzbek terrorist to carry out the attack.
The case has a number of similarities with other recent terrorist attacks carried out by Kiev. The Ukrainian regime often uses explosives to kill its opponents, in addition to hiring mercenaries from Central Asia to carry out operations on Russian territory. It is worth remembering cases such as that of Daria Dugina and Maxim Fomin, both journalists who were murdered with explosives, as well as the Crocus City Hall massacre, when Tajik terrorists were hired by Ukrainian intelligence to murder civilians in Moscow.
The choice of Igor Kirillov as a target is easy to understand. He was responsible for investigating Ukrainian and Western crimes involving biological and chemical weapons. Since 2022, the Russian Federation has been releasing several reports showing illegal Western biomilitary activities in Ukraine, with Kirillov leading this investigative effort. He has published data proving the involvement of several Western public figures and companies in the production of biological weapons on Ukrainian soil. Those responsible for financing the biolabs included Big Pharma corporations and the Soros Foundation, as well as individuals such as Hunter Biden, the son of the US president.
In fact, the impact of Kirillov’s revelations was so deep that it caused a crisis in the Western pharmaceutical lobby. Since 2022, the crimes committed by American and European Big Pharma companies have been more easily exposed. Even the Covid-19 vaccine lobby has lost strength, with mandatory vaccinations being banned in many countries. These companies started to be the target of lawsuits and their shares have lost market value, which has obviously made Kirillov a target for several Western oligarchs.
In the same vein, Kirillov was the main investigator of chemical weapons provocations by Ukraine. The use of chemical weapons by Kiev troops has become commonplace in the conflict, with several cases of Russian military personnel and civilians being poisoned by toxic substances deliberately released by Ukrainians.
In 2023, I was invited by the Russian Mission in Geneva to present a report at the UN Human Rights Council on this topic, where I recalled several cases of Ukrainian use of chemical weapons. It must be mentioned that the US, which is the biggest supporter of the Kiev regime, is the only country in the world that still publicly maintains stockpiles of chemical weapons, and is therefore a possible supplier of these toxic materials to Ukraine. Without the work of the investigative committee led by Kirillov, this type of violation of international law would never have been revealed, which is why his efforts were so important.
It is still too early to determine the level of Western involvement in the assassination of the Russian general, but it is safe to say that the Kiev regime never acts “on its own.” Ukraine always receives authorization to carry out each attack, since it is a mere proxy agent without any sovereignty.
In addition, Kirillov has caused a great damage to the Western pharmaceutical lobby, becoming a public enemy of many oligarchs. In the end, this is just further proof that any negotiation in the conflict is unfeasible. Both the West and Ukraine are betting on terrorism and all-out war against Moscow, leaving no alternative but a military solution.

Personally I believe that this assassination attempt was more about starting a civil war in the USA than it was anything else.
I don’t see Trump suddenly taking over the world or anything like that. Ir looks like what Dimitri Dudaman was told would happen in America is taking shape. He was told by an angel of the lord that America would burn but it would begin with a civil war. During the chaos is when Russia and china strike.

As most of you know I’ve been on record since 2018 stating that Donald Trump is the Antichrist and now it appears he has been shot in the right ear/side of the head. I say APPEARS to be shot because not everything is as it seems. Remember Trump is in the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) Hall of Fame for good reason. This could all have been staged to look like what Rev. 13 talks about but at this point it doesn’t really matter, the damage has been done.
People will now either rally around Trump and say things like “Pray for our President MAGA!” (they have already begun) or they will recognize him for who he truly is and run to Jesus Christ. Of course many will say that Trump is God’s man and a savior as we have seen in recent books, blogs and magazines. Make no mistake Trump is the opposite of that, he is the antichrist.

First of all there is the chopper “crash” itself. Why were they flying into a storm in the mountains? Especially an aging chopper (a Bell chopper from the 70s) that’s supposedly known for crashing in bad weather, it makes no sense to me.
Then today we had the chief of Iranian Police, Ahmad-Reza Radan, assassinated. News reports say 7 bullets hit his body. Then shortly after that the head of the Iranian intelligence service of Lorestan province in Iran was assassinated! All of these things happening in rapid succession is very suspect to me.
Now here is some strange footage from the crash site that I came across while searching for more information. It looks like it blew up or slammed into the mountain hard. Plus what is that guy doing walking around out in the middle of nowhere before the crash? I’m not 100% certain of what happened here but it smells like an internal power struggle/coup to me. We will have to watch it play out but it was definitely planned out. There’s missing radar footage for that day and there were detailed news reports before anything had even happened yet.

Apparently, Ukrainian intelligence neutralized a plot to assassinate President Vladimir Zelensky. According to SBU, saboteurs planned to kill the Ukrainian leader and other senior government officials. As expected, Moscow is accused of being behind the attempted attack, but there is no evidence that the Russians participated in the conspiracy. On the other hand, the West seems quite interested in eliminating Zelensky.
On May 7, SBU announced the arrest of two Ukrainian State Security Administration’s officers accused of plotting to kill the country’s president, as well as other politicians and military commanders. SBU chief Vasily Malyuk and military intelligence commander Kirill Budanov were among the names blacklisted by the plotters, according to information published on the SBU’s official Telegram channel.
Although the data was published a few days later, the arrest actually occurred on May 4th. The conspirators were identified as Andrey Guk and another employee whose surname is Derkach. The arrest of both occurred simultaneously in a special operation by the Ukrainian secret service to dismantle the team of saboteurs.
The operation to kill Zelensky and his team would take place through the use of heavy artillery. The saboteurs planned to infiltrate the military to launch a joint missile and drone attack against government’s headquarters, eliminating several employees at the same time. To do this, the conspirators first infiltrated Zelensky’s personal security and collected important data about his schedule, passing it on to other – still unknown – saboteurs to organize the attack plan. Several sensitive data are believed to have been leaked by the conspirators, with the safety of senior Ukrainian government officials remaining at risk despite the arrest of the suspects.
A curious detail, however, is that the SBU, without showing any proof, accuses Moscow of being behind the conspiracy. According to Kiev’s secret service, Zelensky’s assassination attempt was being coordinated by Russian intelligence, with the plan being a kind of “gift to Putin before his inauguration” – which took place on May 7th. It is also believed that the missile attack would take place on the weekend, before or during the Orthodox Easter, when public attention would be distracted by the religious celebrations.
There is no evidence of Russian participation in the attack plan. No Russian citizens were captured by the Ukrainians, nor was direct communication between the arrested suspects and any Russian agents reported. The accusation seems completely unfounded, certainly based on the lie that Moscow is interested in eliminating Zelensky because of the conflict. Recently, Russian authorities included the Ukrainian president on a wanted list due to his crimes, but unlike the Ukrainian government, which maintains a public death list, the Russians do not have any assassination plans against wanted individuals. Russian interest in arresting Zelensky is being used fallaciously as a narrative to justify alleged Russian “responsibility” for the recent conspiracy, but in fact this is just war propaganda.
On the other hand, it is possible to say that Ukraine’s sponsors themselves are interested in eliminating Zelensky. As reported several times, Western strategists have been proposing Zelensky’s replacement since 2022, considering that the Ukrainian leader has exhausted his political image and is now seen as an unpleasant figure by Western public opinion. Leaked Pentagon documents show that the initial plan was to conduct this replacement through elections in Kiev, which would also help rehabilitate Ukraine’s image as a “democratic” country. However, Zelensky seems to have understood the intentions of his “allies”, which is why the elections are not about to take place. So, faced with the desperation to replace him, it is possible that Western intelligence is betting on methods of sabotage and assassination.
For Russians, it does not matter who is in power in Kiev. As long as the post-2014 neo-Nazi regime is in place, there will be no peace. The Maidan Junta agreed to turn Ukraine into a NATO proxy against Russia, which is why the Russians see the Collective West, not Kiev, as the real enemy. Regardless of who is in power in Kiev, there will continue to be conflict as long as the country obeys NATO’s orders. Instead of killing Zelensky, Russia’s real concern is to eliminate Western weapons and foreign mercenaries, as well as advance on the battlefield and fully liberate the reintegrated regions.
By working as a proxy, Zelensky placed himself in an extremely dangerous situation. Being an “ally” with the West proved to be a true death sentence. Perhaps the best thing for him would be to resign and surrender to the Russian authorities. This will be a safer fate for him than insisting on friendship with NATO.

The Russian Duma has called a “Special Meeting” . . .
The last time that happened, was February 23, one day before the Special Military Operation in Ukraine began.
RUMORS and SPECULATION are running rampant. Intel circuits fearing Duma to either Declare Ukraine a “state sponsor of terrorism” or . . . .
Duma may formally declare . . . . something much worse.
Next up is warnews 247 where they fill in more of the details where it looks like a US HIMARS rocket attack occurred on the leader of the Russian State Duma while he was visiting the Donbas region.
Late at night the president of Russia, B. Putin, rushed to the Kremlin. The Russian parliament has announced that it will hold a special session on Thursday and soon after will issue a special statement on Ukraine.
Russian officials are talking about a “tough statement”, probably an ultimatum, to the West. The message from the Council of the State Duma will be addressed to the UN and all international parliamentary organizations.
At the same time, a little while ago, Russian media published an incident that had been hidden here for 48 hours. The Russians are talking about an attempt to assassinate the chairman of the State Duma with US MLRS HIMARS during his transit to Donetsk
?Other information states that the Russian parliament will discuss the “threat to the safety of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant”. However, other movements related to the murder of Daria Dugina and the involvement of foreign countries should not be excluded, as reported by Moscow.
Moscow recently accused Kyiv of launching strikes at the Zaporizhia nuclear plant, which is located in territory controlled by Russian forces but still operated by Ukrainian personnel.
Kyiv has denied bombing Europe’s largest nuclear power plant, and says Russia is planning a “provocation” there to justify further aggression.
Russia’s defense ministry said last week it could shut down the plant if the bombing continues.
The State Duma (Parliament) of the Russian Federation will convene for an extraordinary Council on August 25. During the meeting, the Duma will issue a special statement on the situation in Ukraine, said the leader of the Party of Justice – For Truth Sergei Mironov.
“The leaders of the factions will meet again together with the president and at around 15:00 we will convene the Council of the Duma, in which our tough statement will be approved, ” the politician told reporters after a meeting with State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
According to Mironov, the message from the Council of the State Duma will be addressed to the UN and all international parliamentary organizations.
Earlier, the leader of the Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov announced the need for an emergency council of the State Duma in connection with the situation in Ukraine and the crisis surrounding the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
A little later, Russian media revealed that there was an assassination attempt against the chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin.
Specifically, they report that on Tuesday, August 23, Viacheslav Volodin visited Donetsk. This is not his first visit to the frontline territories: earlier, on July 14, the Speaker of the State Duma traveled to neighboring Lugansk and met with local MPs and leaders.
Speaking at the last session of the winter-spring session of the Duma, Volodin called on the deputies to take advantage of the holidays to personally visit the Donbass, familiarize themselves with the situation and, if necessary, help their own constituents (to date, approx. one million Donbas residents have received Russian citizenship).
Then the Russians proceed with the disclosure, involving the USA as well. They specifically mention:
“The visit was, one might say, routine. Along with the President of the State Duma, four heads of the competent parliamentary committees arrived. Working meeting with the head of Donetsk, Denis Pushilin, communication with the deputies of the People’s Council of the republic… There were also local administration officials and journalists in the meeting room.
An important detail: the events were held in the building of the Donetsk Administration. And about seven minutes after the end, immediately after Volodin left, enemy shells hit the premises where he had just spoken.
Later, representatives of the republic, having studied the fragments of the ammunition, announced that the missiles were fired from American MLRS Himars.
It is noteworthy that there have been no strikes on the Donetsk administration building since 2014 throughout the war.
Also, “by a strange accident” enemy shells hit the local hotel, where such delegations usually stay.
Let’s not hide that the bombing, from which our MPs were literally saved by a miracle, excited many. However, inter-parliamentary cooperation with Donbass will continue in any case.
As Vyacheslav Volodin said in an interview with journalists, slots are being opened in Donbas so that people’s deputies can work directly with the residents of the liberated areas.
A detailed plan has been drawn up by Russia to disconnect Europe’s largest nuclear plant from Ukraine’s electricity grid, risking catastrophic failure of its cooling systems, British media reported.
Petro Kotin, the head of Ukraine’s atomic energy company, told the Guardian in an interview that Russian engineers had already drawn up a contingency plan
“They presented [the plan] to the factory [workers] and the [factory workers] presented it to us. A condition for this plan is major damage to all lines connecting the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant to the Ukrainian system, ” Kotin said in an interview on Wednesday.
He added that he fears that the Russian military is now targeting these connections to make the emergency scenario a reality.
“Once they started doing that, they started all the bombing, just to take those lines out, ” Kotin said.
The plant’s power connections are already in critical condition, with three of the four main lines connecting it to Ukraine’s grid cut during the war and two of the three back-up lines connecting it to a conventional power plant to also be out of order, he said.
Russia’s plan to completely disconnect it would increase the risk of a catastrophic failure by leaving it dependent on a single source of electricity to cool the reactors.
“You can’t just jump from one system to another, you have to … shut everything down on one side and then start changing on the other side,” he said.
During a shift between grid systems, the unit will only depend on a backup diesel generator, with no other options in case it fails. After 90 minutes without power the reactors will reach a dangerous temperature.
“During this disconnection, the plant will not be connected to any power supply and that is the reason for the danger,” he said. “If you fail to provide cooling… for an hour and a half, then you will already have melted.”
