According to the Gamaleya director, 80% of Russians who say they were vaccinated with Sputnik V but still end up in a COVID ward are liars who illegally purchased a vaccine certificate.
How does Gintsburg know this?
Gintsburg explained that it is possible to check whether a person was vaccinated with Sputnik V or not using a special analysis for the presence of drug markers: “We see that people lack these markers in 80% of cases.”
His provocative claim backfired immediately. Russian media outlets responded to his curious and conspicuously vague disclosure by asking: “what exactly do you mean by markers?”
After a week of silence, Gintsburg issued an update: a special blood test had been developed to check for the presence of adenovirus Ad26, which is used in Sputnik V to transport genetic material to cells. Some experts have claimed this alleged blood test is pointless and makes no sense.

The head of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg, told TASS that the Sputnik-V drug contains a certain “marker” component that is not excreted from the body for a long time. And thanks to this “marker”, it is possible to establish with good confidence whether a person was actually vaccinated or issued a certificate without undergoing the procedure.
State Duma Deputy Mikhail Delyagin appealed to the Head of the Center Gintsburg with a demand to disclose the entire list of unspecified components of Sputnik-V, which are the very special “markers”.
After all, now, in fact, all the most fantastic conspiracy arguments have actually been confirmed by the developer of the vaccine himself.

The approach is a kind of intermediate between classical electronic information processing and quantum computing. Quantum computing, which has so far been demonstrated only in the most rudimentary of systems, makes use of the wave properties of particles such as individual atoms, or photons, the particles of light.
Walmsley and colleagues’ wave-computing scheme is easier to implement than true quantum computing. Their database is an acousto-optic modulator — it alters light waves with sound waves. It consists of a block of tellurium dioxide vibrated by an acoustic transducer, rather like a loudspeaker.
The acoustic waves compress some parts of the material and expand others, locally altering the way it interacts with light. Information is encoded in this pattern of expansion and compression.
The database is searched using a light beam that is split in two. One half passes through a prism that splits it into its component frequencies. Different colours pass through different parts of the acousto-optic modulator — that is, different portions of the database. So each bit of encoded information is probed by a different colour.
Depending on the contents of the database, some of these beams are shifted in-phase, so that the peaks and troughs of the light waves coincide. This altered rainbow is recombined by another prism and interacts with the other half of the original beam.
Because of interference effects, the parts of the beam that have been shifted in-phase travel in a different direction to the others, revealing which parts of the database altered the incoming signal. So the researchers can locate the bits of information they are looking for.
This offers the ability to search every part of the database simultaneously, rather than looking through each entry one at a time as a normal computer does. That is not so laborious for a 50-item database, but if the entries run into millions, the economy of performing a single search, rather than millions of consecutive ones, is considerable.

Jigsaws need someone to assemble them, obeying the simple input-output rules. But the DNA ‘pieces’ in the logic gates created by Nadrian Seeman and colleagues at New York University put themselves together, the scientists report in Nature1.
Imagine tiles with three black or white sides that only join when black edge meets black or white finds white — two faces act as inputs and the third as the output. The new DNA ’tiles’ work in a similar way but each black or white edge is replaced by a piece of single-stranded DNA. If two complementary DNA strands meet then they bind, joining the two ’tiles’ (made up of more, twisted DNA).
In this way the researchers make ‘exclusive OR gates’ (XORs) that respond to two different inputs with a ‘1’ output; identical inputs produce a ‘0’ output. When put together to solve a problem, the output from one XOR tile forms an input to the next (a ‘1’ or ‘0’ DNA ‘input’ strand provides the other).
So when these DNA tiles are mixed together, they assemble themselves in a certain order. Effectively, the input tiles set a logic question and the XOR tiles solve it. But how do you read the answer?
This is done with a ‘reporter’ DNA strand, held within each XOR tile. Enzymes cut these strands differently depending on whether the tile is giving a ‘1’ or ‘0’ output. For the string of sequential tiles, the reporter strands are joined end to end — producing a continuous stretch of DNA, recording whether each logic gate is ‘1’ or ‘0’. Digesting the reporter strand with enzymes and measuring the fragment lengths reveals each gate’s status — and the answer to the puzzle.
This ‘test-tube calculator’ works nearly perfectly: fewer than 1 in 20 of the assemblies form incorrectly. All the same, this is an extraordinarily contrived way to tackle a problem that an electronic computer could solve in milliseconds. For all its elegance what use is it?
Seeman’s team suggests two possible functions: the first, secret communication. ‘Inputs’ and ‘logic gates’ could be sent separately to the intended recipient. Mixing the two, something that could be done only once, would reveal a unique decryption key that would allow the receiver to read a coded message.
Second, the use of DNA to direct the self-assembly of a pattern of individual units might be extended into two and three dimensions — helping to construct so-called ‘smart’ materials; substances that form themselves into elaborate and intricate shapes under suitable conditions.
Whether or not potential applications are developed, these self-solving DNA jigsaws show what astounding ideas emerge when seemingly unrelated branches of science — in this case molecular biology and mathematics — meet.
The researchers have built a machine that solves mathematical problems using DNA as software and enzymes as hardware. A trillion such biomolecular machines—working at more than 99.8% accuracy—can fit into a drop of water.

In my opinion the powers that be will eventually release the news that the shots were designed to transform us into something other than human, a revelation of the new alien/human hybrid. In this clip Rep. Lauren Boebert from Colorado asks the question about the secret hybrid creating program, but of course the people being questioned say they’ve never heard of any such program. In the end I would expect Elon Musk may have a role to play in the revelation of the technology they injected people with. I could be wrong but we will watch and see what happens.

It seems to me that Elon is much closer to Trump than Pope Francis who many assume to be the false prophet. Elon is also a promoter of the AI technology that’s going to run the show for the NWO and he says that we need a “new religion” for modern times. “A new philosophy of the future is needed. I believe it should be curiosity about the Universe…”. Keep in mind Elon has plans to get us to Mars and beyond so his philosophy matches his ambitions. You can find that story HERE.
So what does Elon really believe? Elon says that while he believes in something called “cultural Christianity” (sounds like the “Christ Consciousness” movement) but not in Jesus Himself. During the conservation, Musk did not address whether he believed in God, but noted that he was not a practicing Christian. You can read more on Elon’s philosophies HERE.
So where in Revelation 13 does it say that the False Prophet would be a Pope? It doesn’t but since religious leaders like Martin Luther named the Catholic Church the antichrist described in the scriptures, it has persisted until today. Others like St. Malachy, an Irish bishop who lived in the 12th century AD who predicted that a future Pope would be the False Prophet. Once again, it’s not based on scripture but Catholic prophecies that may have SOME accuracy but not 100% as only the Bible can claim!

The prestigious Cleveland Clinic has issued a chilling warning of an incoming wave of deaths that will kill off huge numbers of people who received Covid mRNA “vaccines.”
However, rather than issuing a red alert to the public about the looming catastrophic death wave, the Ohio-based nonprofit academic medical center quietly dropped the bombshell in a recent update on its website.
According to Cleveland Clinic, mass mortality is expected to surge due to a ticking time bomb of myocarditis among the Covid-vaccinated.
Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle or myocardium.
This inflammation weakens your heart muscle, making it harder for your heart to pump.
Myocarditis can cause strokes, blood clots, cardiac arrest, and ultimately sudden death.
Doctors warn that myocarditis acts as a silent killer as it can often be symptomless, with many sufferers not being diagnosed until it’s too late.
According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), myocarditis is a known side effect of Covid mRNA injections.
As cases of myocarditis have surged since the Covid “vaccines” were rolled out in early 2021, Cleveland Clinic has now updated its website with alarming new information on the disorder.
According to the renowned medical center, 50 percent of people who contracted myocarditis will be dead “five years later.”
“For some people, myocarditis can lead to dilated cardiomyopathy and they may need a heart transplant,” the webpage explains.
“Almost 20% of sudden deaths in young people have a connection to myocarditis.
“The survival rate for myocarditis is 80% one year after having it and 50% five years later.”
The damning update comes as experts around the world continue to raise the alarm about the long-term health impact of the mass vaccination campaign.
As Slay News recently reported, a world-renowned virologist, who served as Bill Gates’s lead vaccine advisor, has warned the public that a “wave” of “unprecedented deaths” is looming for those who received Covid mRNA injections.
Former Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation scientist and vaccine expert Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche has blown the whistle to warn of a coming “wave of morbidity” and “mortality” among the Covid-vaccinated.
Dr. Bossche has warned that population numbers worldwide will soon experience a “completely unprecedented” plunge.
Bossche predicts that “up to 30-40%” of the general public will soon die “in highly vaccinated countries.”
The top scientist raised the alarm during an interview with vaccine expert and investigator Steve Kirsch.
“In some of the highly vaccinated populations … I would not be surprised that we will be dealing with serious decimation of the population, in some populations, maybe up to 30 or 40 percent,” Bossche warned.
As Slay News reported, Bossche warned the public during a separate interview that a “massive tsunami” of “chaos” and “death” is about to decimate the global Covid mRNA-vaccinated population.
Bossche warned that a “huge, huge wave” of illness and deaths among those vaccinated for Covid is now “imminent.”
The top scientist says this “massive tsunami” will collapse hospitals and cause financial, economic, and social “chaos.”
Alarmingly, Bossche is not the only top expert predicting a major population plunge, however.
Professor Dolores Cahill, a world-renowned immunology expert, issued an explosive warning to the public that everyone who has been vaccinated with Covid mRNA shots “will die within 3 to 5 years, even if they have had only one injection.”
Prof. Cahill has over 25 years of expertise in high-throughput protein array, antibody array, proteomics technology development, and automation.
Since the Covid mRNA shots were rolled out in early 2021, Cahill has been sounding the alarm about the devastating impact they will have on public health.
Not only does Cahill think the shots are dangerous, but she warns that they will eventually kill everybody who has received one or more doses.

Dr. Peter McCullough, a world-renowned cardiologist and epidemiologist, has sounded the alarm after a bombshell peer-reviewed study found a staggering 1,236% surge in excess cardiac arrest deaths among people who received Covid mRNA vaccines.

The Alt-Media Community went overboard hyping up BRICS and the latest Kazan Summit.
Over a week has passed since the latest BRICS Summit in Kazan so it’s possible to assess what exactly it achieved now that the dust has settled. The primary takeaway is the Kazan Declaration, which Director General of the prestigious Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) Andrey Kortunov described as “a manifesto for the new world order”. His praise shouldn’t be taken lightly since he’s an archetypical realist who also earlier tempered expectations about what BRICS was capable of agreeing to.
Titled “What BRICS Cannot and What It Can Deliver”, Kortunov explained that: “BRICS cannot become a global economic integration project”; BRICS will not turn into a multilateral political or security alliance of an anti-Western nature”; BRICS is not likely to contribute a lot to resolving disputes between its members or disputes between its members and third parties”; and “BRICS will never become an analogue to G7.”

He then juxtaposed these assessments with his expectations that “BRICS can promote trade and investments among its members, as well as contribute to economic and social development of these members”; “BRICS could help to shape common non-Western approaches to global problems”; “BRICS is capable of contributing to the dialogue of civilizations”; and “BRICS can become an important source of ideas and proposals for UN, G20 and other universal bodies.”
This background places his description from the introduction into context, which will now be elaborated on. According to Kortunov, “For the first time in BRICS’ history, the Declaration sets out in detail the group’s shared vision of the current state of the international system, the common or overlapping approaches to the fundamental global problems of our time and to acute regional crises, and the contours of a desirable and achievable world order as the members of the group currently see it.”
He then immediately added that “While the document does not provide specific timetables for individual tasks or roadmaps for specific areas of work, it does cover a number of key objectives that the group should or could pursue over the next few years.” In his assessment, “there is a clear balance between the security and development agendas”, which he considers to be a deliberate choice “to maintain its very broad mandate” instead of focusing on purely economic and financial affairs.
He thus surmised that “BRICS intends to position itself as a multitasking laboratory of global governance, where new algorithms of multilateral cooperation and innovative models for solving the world’s major economic and political problems can be tested, including trade, finance and strategic stability.” To that end, BRICS is balancing between reforming the Western-centric world order and creating alternative institutions, and it’s the latter which excites the group’s enthusiasts the most.
Before proceeding, however, it’s important to clarify a few matters. Putin declared prior to the summit that a common BRICS currency isn’t currently being considered and then he said during the event that Russia isn’t fighting against the dollar. Kremlin spokesman Peskov later added that BRICS as a whole isn’t trying to defeat the dollar either and that their financial messaging service won’t be an alternative to SWIFT. These policy reminders bring the analysis around to discussing the group’s three main initiatives.
Sputnik published a handy guide here about BRICS Bridge, BRICS Clear, and BRICS Pay, which are correspondingly a financial messaging service, an independent blockchain-based depository system, and a cashless payment service. As was earlier written, they don’t aim to replace their Western antecedents but simply to create alternatives for others to use in order to hedge against the risk of the West one day weaponizing these existing platforms against them like they did against Russia from 2022 onward.
None of them have yet to be rolled out, but progress was made on their creation and eventual implementation during the summit. The same goes for Russia’s proposals to set up grain and precious metals exchanges, which could in theory help form the foundation for a new currency or at least a common unit of account that some have simply called “the unit”. This could consist of a combination of commodities and a basket of members’ currencies, but it’ll likely take years to agree upon, if ever.
Much more successful was BRICS’ bestowing of partnership status on around a dozen countries, though no official list has yet to be published, but some countries like Cuba already celebrated receiving this status while others like Venezuela were upset that they didn’t get it (in this case due to Brazil’s veto). Even so, it was explained last month that “BRICS Membership Or Lack Thereof Isn’t Actually That Big Of A Deal”, namely because any country can voluntarily coordinate their financial policies with BRICS.
In other words, while this distinction is prestigious and being snubbed like Venezuela was by Brazil is thus a deep insult, it doesn’t really matter whether any country participates in discussions on financial multipolarity processes as an official member, observers as a partner, or hears about the outcome afterwards. All cooperation is voluntary so anyone – be they a member, partner, or non-associate – can either implement BRICS’ proposals or decline if they feel that they don’t meet their national interests.
Seeing as how one’s ties with BRICS therefore don’t really matter either way, the group’s partnership expansion is thus purely symbolic, which means that nothing of tangible significance was agreed to during last week’s summit. The same came be said about every prior summit apart from the Fortaleza one in 2014 where members agreed to create the New Development Bank (NDB), which is the only tangible manifestation of BRICS’ efforts to create alternative institutions, but it’s also clearly imperfect.
NDB President Dilma Rousseff confirmed in July 2023 that “The NDB reiterated that it is not planning new projects in Russia and operates in compliance with applicable restrictions on international financial and capital markets.” Simply put, the NDB that Russia itself co-founded complies with the US’ sanctions against it, thus making this less of a real alternative to Western institutions and more of a complement. That might also have to do with China, where it’s based, complying with most Western sanctions.
“Russia & China’s US-Provoked Payment Problems Caught Most BRICS Enthusiasts By Surprise” after RT revealed the extent of these long-running challenges in early September here once they began to reach critical proportions following the latest US pressure on China at the time. Although India is reportedly defying these restrictions and is on pace to become the world’s third-largest economy by 2030, without China doing the same, BRICS as a whole will struggle to create truly alternative institutions.
China has been more cautious about provoking the US’ threatened secondary sanctions than India due to it being considered by the US to be a systemic rival, the perception of which it doesn’t want to inadvertently confirm, hence why it’s complied with so many of the sanctions so far. In fact, Russia’s Special Presidential Representative for SCO Affairs Bakhtiyor Khakimov revealed last week that his country can’t even pay its dues because the bank is located in China and they also only use dollars.
If the political will was present, then China would have devised a workaround by now instead of dragging the issue on for so long that Khakimov felt compelled to complain to the public about it, which just goes to show how strictly China is complying with the sanctions inside BRICS and even the SCO. To be sure, bilateral trade continues to grow so some alternative channels have been created, but they’re seemingly segmented based on industry (ex: energy, tech) and don’t facilitate payments to others like the NDB.
Reflecting on everything that was shared, both Kortunov’s insight and that which followed, the latest BRICS Summit was symbolic just like every prior one apart from 2014’s that led to the creation of the clearly imperfect NDB. BRICS’ purely voluntary nature means that it’ll never become what its enthusiasts expect since there are too many asymmetries between its members. There’s also no realistic chance of BRICS making compliance with its proposals mandatory either since that would lead to its dissolution.
These observations greatly limit what BRICS could foreseeably achieve, but they don’t rule out the creation of more alternative institutions like those represented by BRICS Bridge, BRICS Clear, and BRICS Pay. Grain and precious metals exchanges are also possible, but in those cases, only on the basis of minilaterals within BRICS that are then given the group’s branding after everyone else agrees. A common BRICS currency or a common unit of account is a much longer-term goal that’s unobtainable for now.
The disappointing precedent established by the NDB’s compliance with US sanctions makes one worry about just how much of a true alternative the abovementioned institutions that Russia seeks to also co-found will be. There’s no doubt that Russia learned from that experience so nobody should assume that it already invested the time and resources required for creating these new institutions without first devising a way to prevent them from sanctioning it too, but it remains to be seen how this will work.
The conclusion is that it’s a lot easier to talk about creating truly alternative institutions than actually doing so, which means that BRICS will likely just remain a talking club, or a “multitasking laboratory of global governance” as Kortunov diplomatically described it. That’s not to downplay the group’s role since it’s important for major and developing non-Western countries to discuss pressing issues of the evolving world order, especially economic-financial ones, but that’s not the same as what enthusiasts expected.
At the end of the day, the Alt-Media Community went overboard hyping up BRICS and the latest Kazan Summit, only for nothing of tangible significance to emerge from the first since 2014’s decision to create the clearly imperfect NDB that later sanctioned Russia while the second had no tangible outcome at all. The latter did indeed lay the basis for creating more alternative institutions, although it’s unclear when they’ll be unveiled and how Russia will ensure that they don’t sanction it like the NDB ended up doing.
The Kazan Summit therefore wasn’t a failure, and in fact, it succeeded in its only realistic goal all along of gathering its members and partners together to discuss ways to voluntarily accelerate financial multipolarity processes such as through the increased use of national currencies. The outcome was always going to be more symbolic than tangible due to the group’s purely voluntary nature, though some observers had false expectations and thus feel bitter, but now they know what BRICS is really about.
