MAXIMUM ALERT: IMMINENT ACTIVATION OF “ZERO OPTION” IN THE ABSENCE OF EXTERNAL SUPPLIES
The Revolutionary Government, through the National Civil Defense General Staff, informs the people of Cuba that, due to the breakdown in the external fuel supply chain and the critical depletion of our internal reserves, the country is on the threshold of “Zero Option”.
Technical analyzes confirm that, if a last-minute agreement or the arrival of an unforeseen shipment does not materialize in the next few hours, fuel reserves will be irreversibly depleted this weekend.
Given the imminence of this scenario, with an estimated probability of activation of 98%, we are obliged to declare the STATE OF TOTAL PREPARATION. From this moment on, the entire national territory must assume that energy collapse is imminent.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE POPULATION?
The “Zero Option” implies the total paralysis of national life as we know it. This is not just another “blackout”; This is the total suspension of the electricity supply due to lack of fuel for the generating plants, and the consequent paralysis of transportation and distribution.
Starting in the next few hours:
1. TRANSPORTATION: You will be almost completely paralyzed. There will be no urban passenger transport (guaguas) or long-distance national transport. Exceptions are only critical service vehicles (ambulances, firefighters, Armed Forces) that will have limited strategic reserves.
2. ELECTRICITY: Electrical service will be interrupted generally and for long periods. Generation will be limited exclusively to hospitals, medical facilities and strategic security points. Homes must prepare to be without electricity 24 hours a day, except for local micro-systems that are not dependent on fuel.
3. WATER: Pumping of drinking water will cease or be severely limited. It is crucial that they store water in all available containers (bathtubs, buckets, tanks) before the system completely collapses.
4. FOOD: The rationing system will be hardened to the maximum. Food distribution will be prioritized for strategic sectors (hospitals, boarding schools, prioritized production centers). Cold chains will be lost. We recommend that families take inventory of their domestic reserves and ration their consumption now.
5. COMMUNICATIONS: Fixed and mobile telephone networks, as well as the Internet, could experience prolonged interruptions due to lack of power at base stations. Take advantage of the next few hours to communicate your contingency plans to your family members.
IMMEDIATE DIRECTIVES FOR THE CUBAN FAMILY:
· STORE WATER: Priority number one. Fill all available containers.
· STORE FOOD: Keep non-perishable food. Consume perishables first before they become damaged due to lack of refrigeration.
· PREPARE LIGHTING: Flashlights, candles, matches. Take extreme caution to avoid fires.
· MEDICATIONS: Secure chronically used medications for the elderly, children and the sick.
· SOLIDARITY: Organize the block, the building, the neighborhood. Neighborhood union and collective surveillance will be our main defense.
· FOLLOW ORDERS: Remain attentive to notices from the authorities in official media and zone command points. Transportation and remaining resources will be for vital emergencies only.
DON’T UNDERESTIMATE THIS WARNING. The room for maneuver is minimal. We have reached the limit of our capabilities. This weekend will be decisive for the immediate destiny of the nation.

No MAGA, the Bakken oil in North Dakota isn’t going to help. Here’s why.
North Dakota oil production does not directly lower American gasoline supplies or prices because crude oil is a globally traded commodity, meaning local prices are dictated by international market bidding rather than domestic supply levels. Even though North Dakota is the nation’s second-largest oil producer, its output is integrated into the global market, so domestic production does not insulate local drivers from global price swings caused by events like Middle East conflicts or Strait of Hormuz volatility.
Additionally, geographic and infrastructure mismatches prevent North Dakota’s oil from efficiently meeting coastal demand. Most U.S. refineries are located on the East and West Coasts, far from inland production zones like the Bakken Formation. Due to limited pipeline access and the high cost of rail or truck transport, it is often economically rational to export North Dakota crude or import refined products rather than moving domestic oil across the country.
Everything that’s happening to Cuba will be happening worldwide soon as nation after nation will be forced to power down. Between fuel shortages and the fake Hantavirus the lockdowns will begin soon. Prayed up and prepped up, time is almost up!
