BREAKING: FBI Says Epstein Evidence “Got Hacked,” Which Is an Amazing Coincidence for Everyone Involved

And just like that everyone forgot about Epstein. Not me. I will continue to post about it and I don’t care if the Trump tards don’t like it, he is ONE OF THEM!

The FBI says hackers somehow deleted massive amounts of Epstein investigation data, files that may have implicated powerful people.

Agents reportedly discovered the breach after the Super Bowl and were told to Google how to recover the files.

No suspects. No clear explanation.

Just one of the most sensitive evidence collections in modern history quietly disappearing.

FBI claim that hackers destroyed millions of Epstein files naming and shaming VIP pedophiles.

By Sean Adl-Tabatabai March 2, 2026

The FBI claim that a group of mysterious ‘hackers’ deleted millions of Epstein files that named and shamed elite pedophiles connected to the child sex trafficker.

Sworn testimony buried in the Trump administration’s recent batch of Epstein documents reveals that an FBI computer system hack resulted in the destruction of over 100 terabytes of data.

Headlineusa.com reports: The record in question is a draft of a September 2024 sworn declaration from FBI agent Aaron Spivack, who was under an internal bureau investigation for being responsible for the February 2023 computer intrusion. The record has been reported on by a French publication and was posted on Reddit, but has otherwise remained unpublicized until now.

According to Agent Spivack’s declaration, the 2023 FBI computer hack stems from the bureau enabling remote internet access to the C-20 computer lab. The FBI’s C-20 squad is a group in the New York office that investigates child sex crimes by.

“I believe enabling remote access to the C-20 computer lab was a good initiative, but it was not executed properly,” Agent Spivak said in his declaration.

As a result, the FBI’s C-20 computer lab was hacked on Feb. 12, 2023, when the Chiefs played the Eagles in the Super Bowl. Agent Spivack said he discovered the intrusion the next day.

“Around 3:30pm or so we located the log files and began combing through, which is when we noticed strange IP activity that took place yesterday from two IP addresses. The activity included combing through certain files pertaining to the Epstein investigation,” he said.

“I reached out to one of the case agents to see if they were in the office yesterday, thinking that maybe they inadvertently changed a setting on the NAS or if they noticed anything strange about them.”

Additionally, Agent Spivack said that 500 terabytes of data went missing as a result of the intrusion. He said he was able to recover about 400 terabytes.

“I was told to Google how to recover the data,” he remarked in his declaration. “No one else tried to help us.”

Spivak said his team wasn’t able to identify the computer that hacked them—“but it had to have accessed our network either by being plugged into the network, or possibly by telnetting in virtually,” he added.

The ultimate outcome of the FBI’s internal investigation is unclear. Based on his apparent LinkedIn profile, it looks like Agent Spivack, who vigorously argued that he wasn’t responsible for the intrusion, is still employed by the FBI.

Neither the FBI nor Agent Spivack responded to messages sent Thursday night seeking comment on the matter, including whether any Epstein records were among the missing terabytes of data.

Rumors of missing or destroyed Epstein evidence have persisted ever since it was revealed that Epstein had removed computers from his Palm Beach home before police searched it in October 2005.

Last February, author Michael Shellenberger reported that FBI employees were destroying evidence on severs. Shellenberger’s source was FBI whistleblower Garret O’Boyle, who in turn heard the rumor from another agent inside the bureau.

Most recently, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., made similar comments on CNN on Thursday.

“We had someone come forward and say there was destruction of evidence under the former deputy director of the FBI,” Luna said.

War in Middle East and Beyond as it Expands to Europe, Putin Condemn Attacks on Iran

Global News Network: TRUMP DECLARES WAR ON IRAN. SPECIAL REPORT: TENSIONS ESCALATE.

Speaking about the war expanding, what about Russia? Will they get involved in the war? Maybe. While the Russian government has not officially declared military action, senior propagandists and commentators have issued alarming statements.

Vladimir Solovyov, a prominent Russian TV host, claimed on his show Solovyov Live that “it’s clearly time to strike their little house,” referring to European nations, and suggested that Donald Trump had “unwittily untied our hands” for such actions.

As for China, here’s a good Tweet about their stance on Iran.

Rumors of War with Iran and the War on Food in America

Poison skull png sticker dangerous

Will Trump order an attack on Iran? Will it be a “shock and awe” campaign or will it be limited in scope? Will Iran strike back and how hard? Nobody knows for sure but I shall give some analysis anyway based on reports I’ve seen from Israeli intelligence and other sources.

Also Trump signed an executive order to produce glyphosate here in the US again AND the order wants to INCREASE production. Health Impact News reports that not only did Trump issue an executive order to INCREASE the production of glyphosate, the current U.S. Farm bill is also seeking to give legal immunity to Bayer for harm caused by glyphosate. Legal immunity for harm caused…gee that sounds familiar doesn’t it? Can anyone say PREP ACT? I can! That’s the act that protects the murderers from prosecution and lawsuits due to harm caused by the COVID19 vaccines.

Kennedy is just as big of a liar as Trump. He helped sucker millions into the Trump campaign and now they’re angry. He told you he was a snake before you let him in.

Russian Intel Accuses NATO of a plan to Smuggle Nukes into Ukraine

close up of missiles

The SVR is newly alleging that France and the UK are plotting to secretly arm Ukraine with a nuclear weapon.

According to the agency, British and French officials are considering the “covert transfer of relevant European-made components, equipment, and technologies to Ukraine” – and are in parallel laying the groundwork for an information campaign that would misrepresent the nuclear capacity as domestically developed.

Russian sources and state media strongly suggest their belief that this is still just in planning stages, and that several options are being considered, including that Ukraine could be provided with a French TN 75 warhead, currently in the the French Navy’s submarine-launched ballistic missiles.

There’s also the option of Western assistance to help Kiev build a ‘dirty bomb’ – which has long been a feared weapon in the context of the grinding Ukraine conflict, given it spreads radioactive material far and wide, among urban areas.

TASS and others have cited the SVR in framing this as an act of desperation given Ukrainian forces are being rolled back piecemeal on the battlefield:

According to its information, the British and French elites are unwilling to accept defeat. “It is believed that Ukraine should be supplied with a ‘Wunderwaffe’ (German for ‘miracle weapon’ – TASS). Kiev would be able to aspire to more advantageous terms of ceasing the hostilities if it possesses a nuclear or at least a so-called ‘dirty’ bomb,” the statement said.

The suggestion is that the Western allies supporting Ukraine would do anything rather than admit defeat, even the unthinkable.

Here’s more from an official state media translation from the SVR’s media office:

“At present, according to the information available to the Russian SVR, London and Paris are actively working over the issue of providing Kiev with a weapon of this kind, as well as with means of its delivery. This involves a covert transfer of relevant European-made components, equipment and technologies to Ukraine. As an option, the French small-size TN-75 warhead from the M51.1 submarine-launched ballistic missile is being considered,” the press bureau pointed out. At the same time, “Berlin has prudently refused to take part in this dangerous venture.”

According to the Foreign Intelligence Service, the British and the French realize that their plot is “a gross violation of the international law, first of all the Non-Proliferation Treaty, and carries the risk of destroying the global non-proliferation system.” “Consequently, the Westerners’ main efforts are focused on making Kiev’s possession of nuclear weapon look like it was developed by the Ukrainians themselves,” the statement said. “Great Britain and France are aware that the situation developing in Ukraine leaves no chances for them to achieve the ardently desired victory over Russia with the hands of the Ukrainian armed forces,” the SVR noted.

The statement concludes by an allegation that NATO countries are “losing touch with reality” their reckless efforts to impose defeat on Russia in Ukraine, and so are willing to seriously contemplate a ‘dirty bomb’ – as losses mount.

The Kremlin has meanwhile not been forthcoming with any specific evidence, and the SVR has not revealed the types of sourcing underlying its serious allegations.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council, Dmitry Medvedev, BLUNTLY said today, “Russia will nuke Ukraine, France, and the UK if this takes place.”

No mincing words.  No room for any misunderstanding.

Tech Firm Spars with Pentagon over Unchecked Use of AI in Warfare, Surveillance

city surveillance cameras

Guest Post by Drago Bosnik at Global Research. Reposted with permission.

As the political West’s militaries struggle to meet recruitment criteria and face widening technological gaps in new weapon systems (particularly hypersonics), they’re forced to look for alternatives in order to continue their aggression against the world. This is certainly not an easy task, especially as the window of opportunity for the United States and NATO to retain some of their key high-tech advantages is closing rapidly, meaning they must act as soon as possible.

To achieve this, the Pentagon is placing nearly all of its bets on militarizing advanced AI. This has been ongoing for the last decade or so, but is now being supercharged to the maximum. The so-called Big Tech, both legacy (Alphabet/Google, Amazon, Apple, Meta/Facebook, etc) and emerging companies (Anduril, Palantir, Anthropic, etc), are heavily involved in this process, blurring the lines between the infamous Military Industrial Complex (MIC) and the civilian sector.

The US government has consistently ignored the multipolar world’s calls to regulate AI, which would prevent the uncontrollable (ab)use of this highly advanced emerging technology, particularly for military purposes. However, Washington DC is now doing the same at home, prompting strong reactions from some AI companies and start-ups, which are calling for the imposition of limits on how far this technology can be used in warfare and surveillance.

Namely, according to multiple sources, the Pentagon and Anthropic are at odds over a contract renewal with regard to the use of the latter’s Claude system. Bloomberg, which quoted “a person familiar with the private negotiations”, reports that Anthropic insists on “stricter limits before extending its agreement” and wants “firm guardrails to prevent Claude from being used for mass surveillance of Americans or to build weapons that operate without human oversight”.

In contrast, the Department of War (DoW) wants far more leeway in integrating these systems into its kill chain. Formally, the Pentagon wants “flexibility to deploy the model so long as its use complies with the law”. In other words, controlling the AI is the crux of the matter. It seems Anthropic wants specific and long-term guarantees that its systems won’t be used without human oversight, while the US government wants to “follow the law” (which can be changed at any time).

According to Bloomberg, the San Francisco-based high-tech company wants to “distinguish itself as a safety-first AI developer”. Anthropic’s specialized government version called Claude Gov is “tailored to US national security work, designed to analyze classified information, interpret intelligence and process cybersecurity data”. The AI firm says it “aims to serve government clients while staying within its own ethical red lines”. And yet, it’s very difficult to reconcile the two.

“Anthropic is committed to using frontier AI in support of US national security,” a spokesperson reportedly said, adding: “The ongoing discussions with the War Department are productive conversations, in good faith.”

However, the Pentagon is much less optimistic, effectively demanding that all “guardrails” be removed and control handed over to the US military.

“The Department of War’s relationship with Anthropic is being reviewed,” chief Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell told Fox News, adding: “Our nation requires that our partners be willing to help our warfighters in any fight.”

Various reports indicate that some Pentagon officials have “grown wary” and view reliance on Anthropic as “a potential supply-chain vulnerability”. According to an unnamed senior official, Washington DC is even contemplating the option of demanding contractors to “certify they are not using Anthropic’s models, an indication that the disagreement could ripple beyond a single contract”. In simpler terms, the US military is effectively blackmailing the AI firm.

This is certainly a disturbing development, as it sends a message to other companies that they should drop even nominal limits to the use of advanced AI in warfare and surveillance. Reports indicate that “tools from OpenAI, Google and xAI are also being discussed for Pentagon use, with companies working to ensure their systems can operate within legal boundaries”. In this particular case, the term “legal boundaries” sounds hypocritical and even comical.

Namely, that’s exactly what the US wants to avoid, so it could then have a free hand in how it uses advanced AI. The Trump administration and its allies are now piling on Anthropic in an attempt to coerce it into changing its policy. This includes Elon Musk, who effectively turned the spat into an ideological matter, calling Anthropic’s AI “evil and misanthropic”, and accusing the company of setting up Claude Gov to “hate Whites & Asians, especially Chinese, heterosexuals and men”.

Anthropic reportedly raised concerns over the use of its program against Venezuela during the illegal kidnapping of President Nicolas Maduro, when the Pentagon failed to notify the company that Claude Gov would be included in the operation. Expectedly, Washington DC is furious and is out for blood, with one senior official even saying that “it will be an enormous pain in the ass to disentangle” and that “we are going to make sure they pay a price for forcing our hand”.

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei still insists on “guardrails to prevent mass surveillance of Americans or the use of AI in fully autonomous weapons systems without human involvement”. The company’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explicitly prohibits “the application of Claude for the design or use of weapons, domestic surveillance and facilitating violence or malicious cyber operations”. However, the Pentagon is adamant that “those restrictions are unworkable”.

Anthropic thinks that “these restrictions are not waived for military/government users” unless the contract “includes specific safeguards that the company judges adequate”. However, the US military insists that “military AI tools must be available for all lawful purposes” and that “real-world operations are riddled with gray areas that rigid rules cannot anticipate”. The Pentagon also applies the same standard to all other AI companies.

Reports also indicate that sources familiar with the talks said senior Pentagon officials had “grown increasingly frustrated with Anthropic and seized the opportunity to escalate the dispute publicly”. In other words, Washington DC is deliberately exerting pressure on private companies to militarize advanced AI. Such trends are deeply disturbing, particularly as the world actually needs more regulations to limit the unchecked use of AI in warfare and surveillance.

In that regard, the behavior of people like Musk is quite concerning, especially now that SpaceX is also involved in similar projects with the Pentagon. However, other advanced AI firms are following this lead in militarizing their programs. The people they put in charge also reveal their true nature, with Palantir placing Louis Mosley, grandson of Oswald Mosley (infamous for leading the British Union of Fascists during WWII), at the helm of its UK department.

Protecting Sex Predators: The Sordid Reality of the Global Power Elite

By John Whitehead and Nisha Whitehead at Global Research. Reposted with permission.

No one, including the President of the United States, should be able to cover up crimes against children.”James Talarico

Nearly 30 years after the first complaints were filed, the Epstein files remain a masterclass in how the ruling class shields its own.

We are long past the point for partisan excuses and institutional gaslighting.

The question is no longer whether Jeffrey Epstein—the hedge fund billionaire/convicted serial pedophile and sex trafficker—committed monstrous crimes against young girls, many of them children.

We know he did.

What remains unresolved is something far more troubling.

We know that Epstein did not act alone.

A decision by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals allowing thousands of pages of Epstein-related documents to be unsealed referenced allegations involving “numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.”

That alone should have been enough to trigger full transparency.

Instead, nearly 30 years after the first complaints against Epstein were filed, the full truth remains obscured.

And that is the real scandal.

Because this was never simply about Epstein. It was about the system that made Epstein possible.

The Epstein files should have been a moral bright line—an issue so morally reprehensible and widely condemned as to cut through partisan politics.

Instead, it has become part of the three-ring circus that is governance in America today.

This is not a minor incident involving minor players, nor can it be confined to one political party or one political era.

This is about the darkness at the heart of the American police state: a system built to shield the powerful from justice.

Epstein did not sidestep accountability because he was clever. He sidestepped accountability because he was protected.

Power protects power.

Epstein was aided, abetted and protected by a cross-section of political, corporate and societal classes here in the United States and abroad. He cultivated relationships across politics, finance, academia, entertainment, and global power circles. His social network spanned parties, ideologies, and continents.

While mere association is not tantamount to guilt, these associations speak volumes about how power operates according to its own rules.

As Rep. Thomas Massie warned Attorney General Pam Bondi, who has been at the forefront of the Trump administration’s effort to slow-walk the release of the Epstein files:

This is bigger than Watergate. This goes over four administrations. You don’t have to go back to Biden. Let’s go back to Obama. Let’s go back to George Bush. This cover-up spans decades, and you are responsible for this portion of it.”

If it looks like a cover-up, smells like a cover-up, and appears to benefit the same entrenched interests, we have every right—indeed, a civic and moral duty—to demand greater transparency.

For years, the Epstein case has stood as a grotesque emblem of the depravity within the global power elite: a sex trafficking ring operated not only for Epstein’s personal pleasure but also for that of his friends and business associates—billionaires, politicians, and celebrities.

If Epstein exposed the rot at the top, the broader landscape of child sex trafficking reveals how deep and systemic that rot truly runs.

The numbers alone are staggering.

Child sex trafficking—the buying and selling of women, young girls and boys for sex, some as young as 9 years old—has become big business in America. It is one of the fastest growing criminal operations and the second most-lucrative commodity traded illegally after drugs and guns.

Adults purchase children for sex at least 2.5 million times a year in the United States.

It’s not just young girls who are vulnerable to these predators, either. Boys account for over a third of victims in the U.S. sex industry.

Who buys a child for sex?

Otherwise ordinary men from all walks of life. But then there are the so-called extraordinary men—like Epstein and his associates—with wealth, connections, and protection who are allowed to operate according to their own rules.

These men skate free of accountability because the criminal justice system panders to the powerful, the wealthy and the elite.

While Epstein’s alleged crimes are heinous enough on their own, he is part of a larger narrative of how a culture of entitlement becomes a cesspool and a breeding ground for despots and predators.

Nor is this culture of impunity confined to billionaires and political elites.

Across the country, law enforcement officers have been caught running sex trafficking rings, abusing women and girls in their custody, or exploiting their badge to coerce sex.

From Louisiana to Ohio to New York, officers have been arrested for trafficking underage girls, assaulting vulnerable women, and raping detainees—often shielded by unions, prosecutors, or a blue wall of silence.

This is how the system works, protecting the untouchables—not because they’re innocent, but because the system has made them immune.

And this is why this case was never just about one man.

As Piotr Smolar writes for Le Monde,

“Epstein was the most striking face of a two-tier system of justice, one that provided a privileged path for the powerful.”

We see this pattern everywhere.

Abuse of power—and the ambition-fueled hypocrisy and deliberate disregard for misconduct that make those abuses possible—works the same whether you’re talking about sex crimes, government corruption, or the rule of law.

Give any one person—or government agency—too much power and allow them to believe that they are entitled, untouchable and will not be held accountable for their actions, and those powers will be abused.

We can agree to disagree about many things, but America should have zero tolerance for child sex trafficking.

At some point, moral outrage must give way to moral clarity.

The Trump administration’s cover-up is unacceptable. The selective redactions of non-victims’ names and faces are unacceptable. The removal of files by biased administration operatives is unacceptable.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, a constitutional republic cannot survive a protected class.

If the Epstein files force us to think and act differently about anything, let it be this: the rule of law cannot be a one-sided weapon used against the powerless. It must require that the powerful be held just as accountable for their abuses as anyone else.

Trump’s DHS Targets ICE Critics on Social Media

By Kurt Nimmo of Global Research. Reposted with permission.

Did you criticize ICE on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Reddit social media platforms? Did you express your contempt when the federal government summarily executed two American citizens for the crime of exercising the First Amendment? If you did, you may be in the gunsights of the Department of Homeland Security.

A New York Times investigation, reported by Gizmodo and echoed by TechCrunch, revealed that the DHS has issued a series of administrative subpoenas to tech platforms in recent months seeking to identify information associated with accounts that are critical of ICE. From The New York Times:

The Department of Homeland Security is expanding its efforts to identify Americans who oppose Immigration and Customs Enforcement by sending tech companies legal requests for the names, email addresses, telephone numbers and other identifying data behind social media accounts that track or criticize the agency.

The “legal requests,” administrative subpoenas, violate the Fourth Amendment. Federal agencies such as ICE and DHS are not permitted to unreasonably “search and seize” information without probable cause and a judicial warrant. In October, an administrative subpoena was issued against a 67-year-old retiree. The DHS demanded Google hand over the man’s

IP address and home address; a list of all Google services he had used; the date, time and duration of his online sessions; and other identifiable information, including his usernames, Social Security number, credit card data and driver’s license number.

DHS Admits Violating First Amendment

The federal government circumvented the Constitution when it enacted the Inspector General Act of 1978. Prior to this, during the Nixonian war on drugs, the DEA was granted administrative subpoena authority under the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970.

In 1996, the FBI issued administrative subpoenas, known as national security letters. The Stored Communications Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Right to Financial Privacy Act authorize the federal government to collect information relevant to a national security investigation. The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control has frequently used administrative subpoenas in civil investigations of alleged US economic sanctions violations.

Beginning in the first Trump administration, ICE used administrative subpoenas to force state governments to provide information on Americans opposed to deportation. Between 2025 and 2026, during the second Trump administration, DHS began using administrative subpoenas to reveal the names of anonymous users on the internet. DHS officials admit they have targeted people for their speech, a direct violation of the First Amendment.

In a complaint filed in the US District Court of the Northern District of Illinois by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, Attorney General Pam Bondi and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem were accused of coercing tech companies into removing a large amount of content. The purpose behind this removal was to control what the public could see, hear, or say about ICE operations.

In 2025, a memo was issued by Acting Director of ICE, Todd Lyons, allowing the use of administrative warrants (Form I-205, Warrant of Removal/Deportation) to enter private residences in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Prior to Trump, DHS and ICE (an agency under DHS) were required to specify probable cause and obtain a court issued search warrant. A Supreme Court ruling in Abel v. United States in 1960, however, allowed ICE to increase the use of non-judicial administrative subpoenas. The memo does not provide a legal rationale for violating the Fourth Amendment.

Trump’s Contempt of the Bill of Rights

Donald Trump’s contempt for constitutional law became apparent in 2020 after he lost the election. He said the election was stolen and proposed shutting down the Constitution in response.

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump posted to his Truth Social.

The president faces numerous accusations he has undermined the Constitution and the rule of law. He is accused of using the military for personal political gain; of illegally reallocating federal funds to support his policies; and publicly attacking federal judges and undermining their authority. Trump’s approach to the law has resulted in legal challenges. The challenges center on his unlawful firing of civil servants, and pardons of political allies, campaign donors, and wealthy individuals convicted of white-collar crimes.

Individuals receiving “Executive Grants of Clemency” include Dinesh D’Souza (author and filmmaker convicted of making illegal campaign contributions), Michael Milken (bond financier convicted of financing mechanisms that were criminal schemes), Edward DeBartolo, Jr. (owner of the San Francisco 49ers, convicted of a felony regarding payment demanded for a riverboat casino license), Bernard Kerik (Commissioner of the New York Police Department, convicted of fraud and for making false statements), Rod Blagojevich (former Governor of Illinois, convicted of offering an appointment to the Senate in exchange for campaign contributions), and others.

Trump has converted ICE into a paramilitary force that targets Americans exercising their First Amendment right. In addition to social media monitoring systems, ICE has used cellphone location tracking and facial recognition software. “Official surveillance, whether its purpose be criminal investigation or ongoing intelligence gathering, risks infringement of constitutionally protected privacy of speech,” the Supreme Court noted.

Free Speech as Domestic Terrorism

The National Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM-7) on Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence was released on September 25, 2025. It followed by three days President Trump’s “Executive Order” designating Antifa as a “domestic terrorist organization,” despite the fact Antifa does not exist as an organization. NSPM-7 allows AG Pam Bondi to single out groups for designation as “domestic terrorist organizations.”

NSPM-7 reorients the machinery of national security toward the policing of belief, writes the Cobb Courier.

The First Amendment generally prevents the government from punishing people for unpopular opinions. It also protects the ability for people to associate to advance public and private ideas in pursuit of political, economic, religious or cultural goals… any definition of terrorism that includes ideological components risks criminalizing people or groups based on belief rather than based on violence or other criminal conduct.

During his first term, Donald Trump promised he would protect free speech and the First Amendment. Following his second election victory, his pledge gave way to “threats and calls for retaliation, as administration officials promise to go after anyone they accuse of hateful or even uncivil commentary about the conservative activist [Charlie Kirk] and his Republican allies.”

The Pentagon said it would look into federal employees mocking the assassination of Kirk while the State Department warned it would revoke visas over social posts that celebrate Kirk’s death. Attorney General Pam Bondi said Americans who post “hate speech” will be pursued by the Justice Department, particularly in the context of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Following Kirk’s death, widespread disciplinary and retaliatory actions were taken against individuals who were seen as celebrating, justifying, or trivializing it.

Trashing the Fourth Amendment

Since the events of September 11, 2001, government surveillance in the United States, particularly by agencies like the NSA, has undergone a significant transformation. This transformation has resulted in an increase in the powers of the NSA, FBI, and CIA to conduct surveillance activities, including wiretapping and data collection, without the need for warrants. Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) allows the government to spy on American citizens.

In 2016, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in United States v. Mohamud that surveillance (under FISA) and a subsequent FBI sting operation did not violate the Fourth Amendment. However, in 2025, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York ruled in United States v. Hasbajrami that warrantless queries (searches) conducted under Section 702 are a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

For Trump and MAGA, the Constitution and the rule of law are irrelevant. The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 calls for consolidating executive power and taking control of the Department of Justice, the FBI, the Department of Commerce, the Federal Trade Commission, and other agencies. Critics argue the project undermines the rule of law, separation of powers, separation of church and state, and the Bill of Rights. Kevin Roberts, the president of Project 2025, characterizes the plan for a radical overhaul of government as “institutionalizing Trumpism.”

Project 2025 advocates restrictions on the First Amendment, specifically in regard to “harmful speech” and pornography. Critics warn the Heritage Foundation initiative poses substantial risks to free expression in America. It promotes policies that will result in censorship. These actions will ultimately stifle dissenting voices and limit access to diverse viewpoints, threatening the very foundations of free speech and the First Amendment.

Trump Declares Criticism of His Policies is “Illegal”

In November, 2025, Trump revealed his opinion on the First Amendment right of his critics and adversaries. He declared that criticism of him and his policies are “illegal.” The remark came after late-night comedian Seth Meyers mocked Trump. Massachusetts Democrat Senator Edward Markey asked for unanimous consent to pass a resolution condemning Trump’s remark.

“Let me be clear: in America, criticizing the President is not a crime. It is a constitutional right,” Markey said.

According to Burt Neuborne, a civil liberties professor at New York University law school, the Trump administration is “trying to frighten Americans out of exercising their First Amendment rights by denying them benefits if they dare to do something that Trump doesn’t like.” The net result would be “a society that is not exercising their First Amendment rights. The First Amendment rights are there, but it’s too costly to exercise them.”

Trump tried to intimidate opponents in 2023.

“If you go after me, I’m coming after you!” he posted in all caps on his Truth Social account.

The threatening post was described as “the definition of political speech” by a Trump spokesman. The post raised concerns on the part of Jack Smith and the legal team investigating the then former president. Prosecutors argued an order preventing dissemination of discovery materials was required because “the defendant has previously issued public statements on social media regarding witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal matters pending against him.”

Ordinary Americans: An Enemy Within

During his 2024 campaign, Trump denounced millions of Americans as an “enemy within.” The candidate told Fox News if “radical left lunatics” disrupt the election, “it should be very easily handled by—if necessary, by National Guard, or if really necessary, by the military.” At another rally prior to the election, he sounded like Hitler. “We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country,” he told a crowd in New Hampshire.

Last April,

“Trump openly signed executive orders—in full view of the press—directing the Department of Justice to criminally investigate two people who publicly disagreed with him. He has also issued numerous orders targeting law firms for representing clients he does not favor, constituting clear shakedown attempts,” Reason reported. “Trump has been very clear that his second term would be all about retribution—payback on those he feels wronged him since his first term.”

Trump’s Enemy List: A Hallmark of Authoritarianism

Donald Trump’s effort to destroy the lives of his critics is reminiscent of Nixon’s enemies list that became public in 1973. According to the White House Counsel’s Office at the time, the purpose was to “screw” Nixon’s political enemies. Congressmen, journalists, union bosses, and others were targeted. Nixon’s list was kept secret, while Trump makes his threats public.

The effort by the DHS to reveal the personal information of Trump’s critics and either make that information public or use it to destroy the lives of journalists, activists, and ordinary Americans is a hallmark of authoritarianism.

The Constitution, the Supreme Court, and the rule of law will not stop Trump and MAGA from attacking critics. The summary execution of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good by ICE—in addition to eight others also murdered by Trump’s goons—should serve as a wakeup call. Now that DHS is coercing social media platforms to reveal information about critics, we can expect more warrantless raids, more violence, more destroyed lives, and the possibility of more people shot to death for exercising their natural-born rights under the First Amendment.

Iran Given 10 Days to Come up with a Plan, Russia Sends Doomsday Plane

Stay ready! Today, the United States reportedly conveyed an Ultimatum, telling Iran they have “Until the end of February to present a concrete plan to the United States to end their nuclear program.” But we know it’s not just about their nuclear program, it’s also about leaving them defenseless against Israel as any deal would include getting rid of their long range missiles that could be used against Israel. They want Iran to be a vassal state like Syria.

I would expect war soon as the US continues moving massive amounts of aircraft, equipment and personnel to the Middle East. They’re saying this is the largest movement of assets to the Middle East since the 2003 US war with Iraq. They don’t move that level of material for a short term operation. There are reports of the US preparing for a potentially weeks or even months long operation in Iran.

🇺🇸🔥🇮🇷 Playing with fire: US ready for ‘weeks-long’ war with Iran

♦️ The US armed forces reportedly preparing for a sustained, weeks-long conflict if President Donald Trump orders.

♦️ Two anonymous US officials told Reuters the Pentagon is currently gaming for more complex and bloody operation than the ‘Midnight Hammer’ bombing last year.

♦️ The US would not just attack nuclear facilities – they suggest targets could include the Iranian government and security forces.

♦️ The planning follows recent US-Iranian talks in Oman – while the US sends an extra aircraft carrier, thousands of troops and fighter jets for a major regional war.

🤥 Trump told troops on Friday that diplomacy must be back by the threat of force. “Sometimes you have to have fear,” he said. “That’s the only thing that really will get the situation taken care of.”

♦️ Pundits warn that Iran has a serious missile arsenal and the US fully expects retaliation that could engulf the whole region.

♦️ White House Spokesperson Anna Kelly said said “has all options on the table.”
