UPDATE 5:40 PM EDT–
Russian sources are completely discounting this as British Propaganda. Russians say the limo was ***NOT*** one from the Putin Motorcade, but rather a privately owned Aurus “Senat” limousine, parked at curbside and running outside a club in Moscow. The vehicle suffered an engine fire.
They say the vehicle was not occupied at the time, no one was hurt and this has nothing at all to do with Putin.
