Pastor alarmed after Trump-loving congregants deride Jesus’ teachings as ‘weak’

Evangelical Christian leader Russell Moore revealed this week that many evangelical pastors have become alarmed that their Trump-loving congregants have become so militant that they are even rejecting the teachings of Jesus Christ.
In an interview with NPR, Moore said that multiple pastors had told him disturbing stories about their congregants being upset when they read from the famous “Sermon on the Mount” in which Christ espoused the principles of forgiveness and mercy as central to Christian doctrine.
“Multiple pastors tell me, essentially, the same story about quoting the Sermon on the Mount, parenthetically, in their preaching — ‘turn the other cheek’ — [and] to have someone come up after to say, ‘Where did you get those liberal talking points?'” Moore revealed. “And what was alarming to me is that in most of these scenarios, when the pastor would say, ‘I’m literally quoting Jesus Christ,’ the response would not be, ‘I apologize.’ The response would be, ‘Yes, but that doesn’t work anymore. That’s weak.’
“Moore, who has been an outspoken critic of many evangelicals’ embrace of Trump, argues that this has led him to conclude that American evangelical Christianity is now in crisis.
“When we get to the point where the teachings of Jesus himself are seen as subversive to us, then we’re in a crisis,” he said. Moore also said that one problem is that many Christians simply feel alienated and lonely, as politics have come to take over the community outlets that churches once held. Source article

It’s all heading at the end in extremity how we are living in the Book of Revelation. Revelation=revealing, and boy, the end of days from the tribulation from God’s true exposure from His Word speaks for itself. My experience how these so-called Christians which they’re not, reject the gospel of Jesus Christ alone as the Lord and Saviour. I want to share my testimony: In the beginning of April of this year, my uncle, which is my father’s brother, called my father and talked on the phone for awhile. Then afterwards my father handed the phone over to me and told me to say hello to my uncle. We talked and it didn’t went so well at all. The conversation went that my uncle recently graduated to become a “Baptist” minister and he was heading our way where we live up in the mountains to vacation in the fall. I said to him that it’s crucial to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone for they might become saved. And I also told him that I made tracts printed out from my printer with the gospel of Jesus Christ to become saved and I distribute them around my neighborhood. He rebuked me in scorn and said that the gospel of Christ is old news and it’s done away with now. It’s no longer needed. He believes that Trump will save America. Plus, he said he took the COVID-19 death jab and boosters. Now he says he is suffering from “long covid” and the only way to cure it is to take more boosters and to vacate in recuperation. I told my uncle that you have taken the mark of the beast and rejected Jesus Christ’s gospel and replace it with Trump, which is identified as the ultimate ‘ANTICHRIST’. I also said he has condemned his soul into the lake of fire forever. He got so full of rage he couldn’t even speak straight. I handed over the phone back to my father and there the conversation ended. Now my uncle has cancelled his vacation and won’t be bothered to visit after this heated event. A so-called “Baptist” minister, who believes that the gospel of Jesus Christ is no longer needed, took the COVID-19 VAXX/MARK, and worshipping ANTICHRIST Trump as his savior is the finest representation unto Lucifer I’ve ever seen. Unreal. There, that’s my testimony. On a side note: I recently saw a video from ‘Watchmanscry’ about how ANTICHRIST Trump blasphemed God. This only confirms of the little sneering attitude towards the True Almighty God by Trump’s speech, “I AM”. Talking about the true persona from Satan against God. Watchmanscry made a good sharp discernment when it comes to ANTICHRIST Trump and his ongoing blasphemy. For example, Trump: “I am your warrior”. God: “The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.” Exodus 15:3 (KJV) Trump: “I am your justice”. God: “Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne…” Psalms 89:14 (KJV) “Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,…” Romans 3:24 (KJV) ” To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” Romans 3:26 (KJV) Trump: “I am your retribution”. Jesus also said blessed are the peace makers but that’s now frowned upon in the apostate church. Wow Melissa I’m blown away by your testimony! Obviously the mark has done its job and Satan now rules your uncles mind, body and soul. But I’ve seen it even in those who haven’t had the jab. Since they’re spraying it on us and it’s in the food supply the only way out is salvation through Jesus Christ. So then why are the saved and unjabbed falling for the Trump deception again? It’s a heart issue and they refuse to let go of the “stuff” they’ve accumulated (or horded) and they have plans for their grandkids etc. They’re living their “best lives now”and following the false spirit of the prosperity gospel. It is indeed scary how many ppl cannot see thru “Orange Julius”. The “messianic congregation” I used 2 go to….operates under the same delusion.
