Israel decides on ground operation: “Strategic strike” missiles in the hands of Hezbollah from Russia & Iran!
Israel has decided to go to the front and to a new war with Hezbollah. Israeli media have published a “missile terror list” revealing that Iran and Russia have equipped Hezbollah with a huge stockpile of strategic missiles.
The list – if true – is simply shocking and raises reasonable questions as to how all these weapons were transferred to Hezbollah without Israel realizing it.
It comes at a time when there is a lot of information about an impending Israeli ground attack on Lebanon with preparations already underway.
Targets have been set and an Israeli simulation against Hezbollah and the Iranian axis in Syria is underway.
Israeli media: They are planning a naval blockade in Israel
Israeli media report that ” Iran has equipped Hezbollah forces with cruise missiles, including the Kh-55, which is potentially capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
The purpose of the Iranians is the naval blockade of Israel.
This missile has a range of 2,500 km. This report came from Western sources on Monday, May 16, when the Israeli Navy participated in the large-scale exercise “Chariots of Fire” “, Israeli media emphasize.
The Kh-55 was developed by the Soviet Union in the 1970s as an air-launched cruise missile capable of carrying a thermonuclear warhead at a distance of 2.5-3 thousand kilometers. Based on the Iranian conversions, it can be launched from a land platform or from a warship.
“Hezbollah’s missile list is large”
The Israelis go on to say that “Hezbollah is creating a stockpile of cruise missiles capable of posing a significant threat to the Israeli Navy. Hezbollah’s goal is to impose a naval blockade on Israel during a war.
Even a partial embargo would seriously undermine Israel’s ability to conduct wartime operations and intervene in its military and political supply routes.
The anti-ship and ballistic missiles that are now in the hands of Hezbollah, according to Western sources, are:
- C-802, the Iranian version of the Chinese 200 km cruise missile, which has a range of 200 km.
- Kh-55 which was reported.
- The Russian Yakhont cruise missile, which has a range of 300 km and was delivered to Hezbollah from Syria with the consent of Moscow.
- The Ghadr-110, a 2,000 km ballistic missile.
- Ghadir, a cruise missile that has a range of 300 km. This is the missile that was reported a few days ago by WarNews247.
War with Hezbollah
The Israeli army expects the 162nd Armored Division to be ready for battle along the northern border, as well as for a confrontation with Hezbollah.
In contrast to the fighting in the Gaza Strip, which relies heavily on air strikes, a war in Lebanon will necessitate ground operations, according to Israeli estimates.
The Israeli Foreign Minister, B. Gantz, warned that the list of Israel’s targets for Lebanon is “larger and more important than the one for Gaza.”
During the “Chariots of Fire” exercise, which is scheduled to last until June 3, Israeli troops will be trained to respond to surprise events in several theaters simultaneously, focusing on the defense of the northern border.
The Israeli Armed Forces are conducting massive attacks on strategic infrastructure in Lebanon used by Hezbollah for military purposes, including power and electricity installations and roads.
Benny Gantz Warning: Just a Few Weeks Ago
Israeli Defense Minister Benny Ganj warned that “the price of meeting the Iranian challenge at the global or regional level is higher than a year ago and lower than it will be in a year.”
He also warned that Iran was “just a few weeks away” from accumulating enough fissile material for a nuclear bomb.
He stressed that Iran is working to complete the production and installation of 1,000 advanced uranium enrichment centrifuges, including a new underground site at the Natanz nuclear plant.
“Iran continues to accumulate irreversible knowledge and experience in the development, research, production and operation of advanced centrifuges, ” Gantz told a conference at Reichman University in Herzliya.
“These days, Iran is working to complete the production and installation of 1,000 advanced IR6 centrifuges at its nuclear facilities, including a new basement facility near Natanz .
“It is only a few weeks away from the accumulation of fissile material that will be enough for a first bomb, it holds 60 kg of enriched material at 60%, it produces metallic uranium at an enrichment level of 20% and prevents IAEA access to its facilities,” he added.
Last month, the head of the UN nuclear watchdog confirmed that Iran had set up a new centrifugal laboratory at the Natanz nuclear facility.
The director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, said the machines had been moved from Karaj near Tehran to the new site, which he said was about three floors below ground, to protect against airstrikes.
