The cryptocurrency system communicatively coupled to the device of the user may verify if the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is verified.”
Sounds relatively benign and rather convenient right? Especially if you’re a crypto lover, this concept may even excite you and present a unique opportunity to engage with the crypto space. But take a look again at what the abstract says; “The cryptocurrency system communicatively coupled to the device of the user may VERIFY if the body activity data SATISFIES one or more CONDITIONS SET BY THE CRYPTOCURRENCY SYSTEM, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is VERIFIED”. Read that carefully and ask yourself WHO WOULD BE SETTING THE CONDITIONS FOR THE SYSTEM?
As tattoos continue to become more mainstreamed among certain demographics within society, it should come as little surprise that big pharma is keen to roll out this latest “wearable tech” solution.
To make sure that you’ve had all of your required doses of government mandated vaccines, scientists at MIT have created a new ink which can be embedded in the skin which can be read using a special infra-red smart phone camera app.

“The invisible “tattoo” accompanying the vaccine is a pattern made up of minuscule quantum dots — tiny semiconducting crystals that reflect light — that glows under infrared light. The pattern — and vaccine — gets delivered into the skin using hi-tech dissolvable microneedles made of a mixture of polymers and sugar.”
The research groups findings were published this week in the journal Science Translational Medicine.
“In other words, they’ve found a covert way to embed the record of a vaccination directly in a patient’s skin rather than documenting it electronically or on paper — and their low-risk tracking system could greatly simplify the process of maintaining accurate vaccine records, especially on a larger scale.”
“In areas where paper vaccination cards are often lost or do not exist at all, and electronic databases are unheard of, this technology could enable the rapid and anonymous detection of patient vaccination history to ensure that every child is vaccinated,” said MIT researcher Kevin McHugh.
More interesting though is how useful this new technology will be from a corporate point of view, downstream tech such as this will make production and distribution more efficient upstream, as vaccine manufactures can more efficiently identify who needs which product.
Essentially, this is new tech which can allow public administrators, law enforcement and corporate employers, to check within seconds to make sure that you are “safe” to be around,” and do not pose ‘a danger to the rest of the community.’
Interestingly, the funding for this new vaccine tattoo technology has come from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded the team’s research.
“According to a Scientific American story, the project came about following a direct request from Microsoft founder Bill Gates himself, who has been personally involved in efforts to eradicate polio and measles through vaccinations.”
“Accurate medical recordkeeping is a major challenge in many low-resource settings where well-maintained centralized databases do not exist, contributing to 1.5 million vaccine-preventable deaths annually. Here, we present an approach to encode medical history on a patient using the spatial distribution of biocompatible, near-infrared quantum dots (NIR QDs) in the dermis. QDs are invisible to the naked eye yet detectable when exposed to NIR light. QDs with a copper indium selenide core and aluminum-doped zinc sulfide shell were tuned to emit in the NIR spectrum by controlling stoichiometry and shelling time. The formulation showing the greatest resistance to photobleaching after simulated sunlight exposure (5-year equivalence) through pigmented human skin was encapsulated in microparticles for use in vivo. In parallel, microneedle geometry was optimized in silico and validated ex vivo using porcine and synthetic human skin. QD-containing microparticles were then embedded in dissolvable microneedles and administered to rats with or without a vaccine. Longitudinal in vivo imaging using a smartphone adapted to detect NIR light demonstrated that microneedle-delivered QD patterns remained bright and could be accurately identified using a machine learning algorithm 9 months after application. In addition, codelivery with inactivated poliovirus vaccine produced neutralizing antibody titers above the threshold considered protective. These findings suggest that intradermal QDs can be used to reliably encode information and can be delivered with a vaccine, which may be particularly valuable in the developing world and open up new avenues for decentralized data storage and biosensing.”
What does a body-based cryptocurrency system and vaccine tattoos have to do with one another? Consider that Bill Gates has funded both concepts, and is also considered to a “vaccine expert” and has investments with almost every major vaccine manufacturer. They could also mandate that people not return to work unless they are vaccinated. “Topline: A week after stepping down from the boards of Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway, Bill Gates, cofounder of Microsoft and the second-richest person in the world with a net worth $97.8 billion, took to reddit for an Ask Me Anything on the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, sharing his thoughts on how best to deal with the outbreak and its possible long-term effects on the world.
A TED Talk by Gates from 2015 recently emerged called “The Next Outbreak? We’re Not Ready,” given during the Ebola epidemic, but as the White House administration faces criticism for not reacting quick enough, Gates reiterated that, “We did know it would happen at some point, either with a flu or some other respiratory virus…There was almost no funding.”
Following the eventual end of the pandemic, Gates hopes that countries can work together to better prepare for similar situations, including the “need to have the ability to scale up diagnostics, drugs and vaccines very rapidly…the technologies exist to do this well if the right investments are made”; the $100 million his and his wife Melinda’s Gates Foundation donated to fight the coronavirus is focused on those three areas.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, this week said that mass production of a vaccine would likely not occur for another 12-18 months, and Gates concurred, saying that lots of manufacturing will need to be built to provide “billions of vaccines to protect the world” and that the first vaccines, which would “go to healthcare workers and critical workers…could happen before 18 months if everything goes well, but we and Fauci and others are being careful not to promise this when we are not sure.
A study released this week by Imperial College in the UK stated that even with mitigation, the U.S. could see around 1 million deaths from the coronavirus, but Gates cautioned that “the parameters used in that model were too negative,” pointing to China as “the most critical data we have” and that its social distancing approach was “able to reduce the number of cases.”
Responding to a question on the Netherlands’ “controlled distribution” strategy, Gates countered saying “The only model that is known to work is a serious social distancing effort (‘shut down’),” estimating that “If a country does a good job with testing and ‘shut down’ then within 6-10 weeks they should see very few cases and be able to open back up”; however, he also admitted that “The U.S is still not organized on testing.”
Gates called for a “national tracking system similar to South Korea, saying that “in Seattle, the [University of Washington] is providing thousands of tests per day but no one is connected to a national tracking system” and that “Whenever there is a positive test it should be seen to understand where the disease is and whether we need to strengthen the social distancing.”
All of this points towards this “man” creating an infrastructure for a global vaccine tracking system (stargate) And when you don’t take the vaccines he produces and profits from? You will be labeled a “public health threat“. You will be stripped of your right to earn the govt approved currency. You will not be allowed to enter a public place (if you’re even allowed outside at all), and if you do there will be a digital alarm system (likely 5g powered) that will alert the police of your violation. If you have refused a microchip or digital tattoo, whatever the form this system takes, you will be denied as a citizen much like those who don’t have a National ID. You will also be publicly shamed like in China’s Social Credit System, but far worse as others will see you as a direct threat to their well-being and as a criminal. We aren’t making predictions, we are telling you this will happen if you allow it. It has already begun.

I posted this as a reminder about what these shots were and are, the Mark of the Beast. The Covid Dossier is a compilation of the evidence we have amassed over the last three years supporting the following claim:
Covid was not a public health event, although it was presented as such to the world’s population. It was a global operation, coordinated through public-private intelligence and military alliances and invoking laws designed for CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) weapons attacks.
The Dossier contains information regarding the military/intelligence coordination of the Covid biodefense response in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, and Italy. For some countries we have extensively documented information. For others, we have some documentation of military/intelligence involvement, but not all the details. For as many countries as possible, we list the military/intelligence agencies in charge of their country’s Covid response; dates on which emergency declarations were made in each country; military/intelligence-related agencies and bodies in charge of censorship/propaganda; and top people with military/intelligence jobs who were known or reported to hold leadership positions in the response. We also list connections to global governing bodies, including the EU and UN/WHO, through which the response was coordinated. In the final section, we provide a list of military/intelligence/biodefense alliances that provide multinational frameworks for responding to a bioterror/bioweapons attack.
By providing all of this information in one place, we hope to dispel the notion that Covid was a public health event, managed independently by each country’s public health agencies, with some limited, logistically focused military involvement. We also hope to drive home the shocking realization that not only were military and intelligence agencies in charge of Covid in all of these countries, but the response to what was represented as a public health crisis was coordinated through military alliances, including NATO.

HOW IT STARTED: FIVE YEARS AGO TODAY
Exactly five years ago, on February 4th, 2020, two things happened that almost nobody knows about, but that played an important role in the course of recent world history:
1) Two declarations for CBRN (weapons of mass destruction) emergencies – EUA and PREP Act – made by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, were registered on this date. [ref][ref]
EUA stands for Emergency Use Authorization. Legally, EUA powers are intended for situations of grave, immediate emergencies involving weapons of mass destruction. They allow for the use of countermeasures against CBRN (chemical, biological, nuclear or radiological) agents without the regulatory oversight intended to ensure safety and efficacy, because the immediate threat of a CBRN attack is deemed so much greater than any potential risks caused by the countermeasures.[ref] The PREP Act is the legal indemnity granted to anyone involved in using an EUA countermeasure, because if a weapon of mass destruction is involved, the risk of the CBRN attack is so great that no one should face legal consequences for potential collateral damage caused by using unregulated countermeasures.
In order to activate EUA, the law requires “A determination by the Secretary of HHS that there is a public health emergency… that involves a CBRN agent or agents, or a disease or condition that may be attributable to such agent(s). [ref] So when the EUA was officially activated on February 4, 2020, it was in essence a declaration of a state of emergency involving weapon(s) of mass destruction.
2) A pharmaceutical executive was caught on tape saying that the U.S. Department of Defense called to inform him “that the newly discovered Sars-2 virus posed a national security threat.” [ref]
It is important to note that on February 4, 2020, there were fewer than a dozen confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus disease (later called Covid-19) in the US, and zero deaths. Worldwide, the death count was fewer than 500. There was nothing about the virus, at least as it was presented publicly, that would make anyone believe it posed a threat to national security.
These two events are remarkable for several reasons:
They indicate that the beginnings of Covid were rooted in national security machinations, not public health considerations.
They also strongly suggest that the deployment of the EUA “medical countermeasures” under Public Health Emergency declaration was officially launched at a time when an emergency, much less a national or a global one, could not possibly be determined. No public health parameters justifying that a novel virus posed a “threat to national security” existed at the time of the EUA and PREP Act declarations.
Thus, on this day five years ago, a military CBRN countermeasure deployment campaign was officially launched against a poorly defined illness that was alleged to have killed a few hundred people worldwide.
Within six weeks of this date, in order to ensure a market for the countermeasures (among other aims), the lockdown-until-vaccine response – which is a military/counterterrorism plan and has nothing to do with public health [ref] – went into effect all over the world.
WHY THIS INFORMATION IS CRUCIAL
It is crucially important to understand that Covid was a globally coordinated response, based on legal frameworks intended for biodefense/biowarfare situations. The attack that initiated the global Covid response could have been real, perceived or invented – regardless of the trigger, the lockdown-until-vaccine paradigm originated in the military/intelligence biodefense playbook, not in any scientifically based or epidemiologically established public health plan.[ref]
This means that nothing about the response – masking, distancing, lockdowns, vaccines – was part of a public health plan to respond to a disease outbreak. Rather, every aspect of the response was intended to induce public panic in order to gain compliance with biodefense operations, culminating with the injection of unregulated mRNA products, which were legally treated as biodefense military countermeasures (MCMs), into billions of human beings.
Who ordered and directed these operations? Who benefited from them? Who was and still is covering them up? We have been investigating these questions for the last several years, and we hope many who read this will join us moving forward.
CALL TO ACTION
Most journalists in both corporate and alternative spaces are either unaware or unwilling to cover the military/intelligence/biodefense/global coordination aspects of Covid. We need to change that.

Gen. Bonfiglio recalls Law 124/2007 emphasizing that the transmission of documents produced in CTS (Scientific Technical Committee) will henceforth be done through the NATO WEU Point of the Department of Civil Defense and the Ministry of Health.
The following plans and alliances provide frameworks for responding to a bioterror/bioweapons attack. The information provided in this Dossier suggests they may have been invoked in the global Covid response.

Tony Blair has urged the UK government to implement a digital ID system, suggesting it could help address issues like immigration and benefit fraud. Blair believes that such a system could also “flush out” anti-establishment populists by forcing them to choose between their rhetoric and actual policy solutions. He argues that digital IDs would empower individuals by simplifying transactions with the government and allowing for better identification of those who are not entitled to be in the country.
Blair’s proposal includes the use of live facial recognition technology, which has been piloted in London and Wales. He claims that digital IDs would enable the government to know exactly who has the right to be in the country, thus addressing concerns about immigration and benefit fraud. Blair also suggests that digital IDs could reduce crime, particularly online fraud.
However, the Labour government has rejected Blair’s call for digital ID cards. Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper have stated that ID cards are not part of the government’s plans and were not included in the party’s election manifesto.
According to Blair, populists “exploit” public grievances without offering real solutions.
“The grievance would be on immigration—that the thing is out of control. The grievance would be on crime—that we’re not doing enough on it,” he said in an interview with The Times.
“So you say, ‘OK, here’s what you do.’ And then you have a big political fight. The populist is forced to choose.”
Blair insists that digital IDs could be the solution.
“We are putting in place the building blocks for it, so that’s good. But we should embrace it fully and roll it out as soon as we can because it will have an immediate set of benefits,” he told the newspaper.
He acknowledged privacy concerns but argued that the public is willing to trade privacy for efficiency.
“There will be a big debate… how much privacy are you prepared to trade for efficiency? My view is that people are actually prepared to trade quite a lot,” he said, adding that implementing digital IDs will expose those who “talk about issues like immigration or benefit fraud but don’t actually have the will to implement solutions.”
Now, under the leadership of Prime Minister Keir Starmer, he believes the government has an opportunity to push forward with digital IDs and other surveillance measures, including live facial recognition cameras.
While Starmer’s administration is already considering digital driving licenses and passports, Blair insists the government must go even further in implementing a centralized digital identity system.
“Young people will be able to use government-backed digital ID cards to prove they are old enough to drink alcohol under legal changes set to take effect next year,” The Telegraph reported.
“They will be able to sign up to digital ID companies that are certified against government-set standards for security and reliability and then use the app on their smartphone to prove they are over 18 when visiting pubs, restaurants, and shops.
It is part of a wider effort to move more state functions online so that people can prove their identity for everything from paying taxes to opening a bank account using the government-backed app.”
There is a striking irony in the UK’s sudden push to determine “precisely who has a right” to be in the country after years of unrestricted mass migration.
While the government insists that the new digital ID system will remain voluntary, critics argue that many so-called optional programs eventually become mandatory. UK Heritage Party Leader David Kurten has also pointed out that the push for digital IDs initially emerged during the rollout of Covid vaccine passports, raising concerns about the gradual expansion of state control over personal freedoms.
“The dangerous thing here is that it’s not just going to be limited to pubs and clubs,” Kurten said, referencing The Telegraph article.
“They’re even talking about entry to shops. Why you would need a digital ID in order to go into a shop and do some shopping, I don’t know—that sounds very nefarious. (The test run was the green pass that the EU, UK and Israel all implemented in 2021).
