As I’ve been trying to tell you since March 13th, 2020, the US Constitution is DOA and no longer valid. Everything is now under FEMA and HHS who take their orders from the WHO. THIS IS WHY there is no remedy in the courts at the state or federal level because the constitution and all laws of the land are dead, and there’s no liability for any of the perpetrators because of the PREP act.
