I’ve Pulled back for health reasons
My health has been hit hard over the last 10 days. I get posts done in between my retching sessions in the bathroom. Of course the retching makes it hard to do a video as I’m constantly having to pause and go to the bathroom.
I have a horrible case of SIBO that refuses to resolve itself. For the last 2 years it’s been getting worse and I can’t find a competent doctor at the VA. Gee big shock right? So as a result I’m a prisoner in my own home as I never know when it’s going to act up and it’s loud, crude and embarrassing. Then there’s my back and neck. It curves to the right then back straight and then the neck goes straight and to the right again. Add to that spinal stenosis, right leg shorter than the left and you have a recipe for migraines, sciatica and more.
So those are the reasons I’ve had to step back for now, not to mention the toll it takes out of your soul, having to read this garbage day after day, hour after hour. At least I’ve cut down on my screen time! I’m down to 7 hours per day now, it was 12 plus for years but now that they’ve weaponized the phones I can’t stand it that long anymore.
No, I’m not posting this simply to whine but to let you all know what’s going on and why I’m not posting as much for now. As for the website we are still short on funding. I’m sorry to hear it. They say a low carb , low sugar, protein diet (Atkins) might help. I said a prayer for you. Get well soon. PS They have a way of pricking the skin with common foods to check for allergies. Just a thought. It could be a terrain problem
