It is not IF, but when will Trump bomb Iran?

Given he is scheduled to be at the World Economic Forum January 18th, the ego would be inclined to brag what a great warmonger he is before the biggest and baddest attendees present. With protests ongoing, it is difficult to see how he would escape murdering civilian Iranians while forcing the Ayatollah to flee. It also ventures into the cosmos – how much destruction and devastation will be forthcoming before an Israeli Prime Ruler is installed. 

So far, Americans are on the end feed of massive tariffs.  We are going to shell out $100+ billion to rebuild the oil infrastructure in Venezuela. And we will be tabulating some $500 to $750 billion to rebuild Gaza and the West Bank. Meanwhile, Trump is thinking about making Rubio president of Cuba, and the Federal Reserve Chair a BlackRock appointee who will smile warmly while destroying the last vestige of what was America. And then there is the $500 billion increase for Pentagon funding.

Greenland will not be free. There are only 93 miles of road in all of Greenland making infrastructure for mining rare earths and gold relatively impossible. New ports would need to be developed.  Electricity generation is minimal with blackouts periodically occurring. All machinery and equipment would have to be imported. Labor would be imported. The list is nauseatingly long! Like Venezuela, it is likely Trump would have to print more deficit money to even begin any projects which could take years to a decade to become feasible.

The full bankruptcy of America would seem to leer its monstrous head from the White House. Because everything Trump is proposing will never come to fruition in his lifetime. In addition, all his dreams of fairyland could be quashed with the Supreme Court decision which was scheduled for today – and has been pushed ‘again’ for a later date. 

Which leads me to believe we are missing something.

A Pattern: In 1590, Spain was the richest empire on earth controlling over half the gold and silver and their military was a dominant force across Europe – within 80 years they were bankrupt and never recovered. In 1918, Britain ruled the largest empire in history, within 40 years their currency collapsed and they became a vassal of America. Empires exhaust themselves with debt and a collapse of their currency hegemony.  Always following the same pattern of rise–war–ego–currency rupture and defeat.

The stages of an Empire’s fall:

  1. Military over-extension. Spain got to the point wherein half its revenue was spent on military incursions across multiple continents. The cost of maintaining the military devalued everything else.
  2. Currency debasement: Spain began mixing copper into their gold and silver to the point that they were trading in copper.
  3. To combat overspending, the Royals of Spain accumulated more debt. Ultimately, building so much debt that their ability to repay was unsustainable and eroded trade. Four bankruptcies in 40 years – borrowing to pay debt.
  4. Loss of production/manufacturing leading to reliance on trade when you suddenly realize you have nothing to trade.
  5. Society failure was a direct result of a failing economy leading to uncontained crime, slums, and a population of beggars. Within 100 years, Spain became an inconsequential country barely surviving, and hardly a superpower.

Always collapsing from internal economic failure, always following the same script.

“I will take down America without firing a shot.”

It is questionable whether America’s gold reserves exist. Our manufacturing base has collapsed.  Trade is becoming ever more sparse as Trump makes America noncompetitive and continues the spiral of trillion dollar deficits. 

While these failed empires collapsed after Stage 5, the US hasn’t. By sheer resilience! Call in the cleaners! Trump and Israel.

To effectuate Stage 6 and 7 for a complete decay: Stage 6 is where we are today when other countries no longer rely on America’s fiat paper money. BRICS are moving back to gold and silver. The Middle East is recognizing alternate currencies. And with Israel at Trump’s helm, the war machine is now overextended and pushing toward a complete failed empire.

Bombs in one year: Sudan, Nigeria, Somalia, Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, and Iran again.

This is not coincidental. The takedown of America is the end game. And the lizards have no intention of rebuilding ‘robust economies.’ That would be the Illusion.

There is no real money to prop us back up. Trump is now resorting to outright stealing to keep us running until the final decay which will be economic and agricultural collapse sending crime out of control. The same pattern over and over. As the economy collapses, citizens emigrate – those who stay fight for any remaining goods. When visiting the Detroit Auto factory yesterday, the manager informed Trump he had over 5,000 positions he couldn’t fill. Trump’s response, “Buy robots.” 

The number of farm bankruptcies in 2024 were 55% higher than 2023. The number in 2025 is higher than 2024. Agriculture has a low margin for survival. Trump’s response? Import beef from Argentina. 

Trump’s policies are NOT about making America Great. They are about feeding the 7 stages of collapse as led by bankers. Money-changers. Debt. Every single scenario throughout history providing the blueprint.

We recall Donald Trump’s statement last December at  his luxury Mar a – Lago residence, in a conversation with Canada’s former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. 

President Elect Donald Trump had intimated in no uncertain terms that Prime Minister Trudeau should become Governor of the 51st state of the United States of America.

This was no joking matter. Canada described as the 51st State of the USA signifies the outright Annexation of Canada.

Trump and the National Security Strategy (NSS). “Combat Command” Entities

In recent developments, December 2025, coinciding with the launching of the Pentagon’s National Security Strategy (NSS),

“the War Department (DoW) is now envisaging the most significant changes in the US military’s history” including the merger of several of the regional combat command entities Worldwude. 

CENTCOM (US Central Command), EUCOM (US European Command) and AFRICOM (US Africa Command) are slated to be integrated. 

According to Drago Bosnic: “It seems all three will be merged into the new US International Command (presumably with the acronym INTERCOM), marking the first-ever reduction in the number of American “combatant commands” (currently standing at 11)”

The Sovereignty of Canada and U.S NORTHCOM

The issue of annexation of Canada –which is now being cautiously addressed by the Canadian media– goes back to 2004. It relates to the instatement of US Northern Combat Command.

Prime Minister Jean Chretien refused to negotiate with the Bush Adminstration, more specifically with Donald Rumsfeld.  He resigned in 2004 in the wake of the war on Iraq. A new Prime Minister was appointed.

That same year, I addressed the issue in an article entitled: Is the Annexation of Canada part of Bush’s Military Agenda? (November 23, 2004) (which at the time was the object of censorship by the Canada’s mainstream media).

We will also recall the powerful statement of former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien in his Letter to Donald. “From One Old Guy to Another”.  

A few days prior to Trump’s inauguration, Jean Chrétien in an open letter to Trump pointed to:

“The totally unacceptable insults and unprecedented threats to our very sovereignty from U.S. president-elect Donald Trump”. 

“I have two very clear and simple messages. To Donald Trump, from one old guy to another: Give your head a shake! What could make you think that Canadians would ever give up the best country in the world … to join the United States?

I can tell you Canadians prize our independence. We love our country.

We also had the guts to say no to your country when it tried to drag us into a completely unjustified and destabilizing war in Iraq.”[March 2003] (complete text of letter)

Jean Chretien intimated with astute foresight what is now unfolding under the Trump Presidency:

“Now there is another existential threat.

And we once again need to reduce our vulnerability.

That is the challenge for this generation of political leaders “ 

The Process of US Militarization of Canada under USNORTHCOM

Jean Chrétien was opposed to USNORTHCOM, which implied the militarization of Canada.

Most Canadians are unaware that under the clauses of US Northern Command –which were accepted and by Prime Minister Paul Martin– following the resignation of Jean Chrétien, the U.S. had acquired  the de facto right to “invade” both Canada and Mexico. (see map below). 

The map below reveals the territory of USNORTHCOM, which allows the US military to deploy from southern border of Mexico and part of the Caribbean up to the North West territories and Canada’s Artic, not to mention the strategic waterways in Canada’ Northern territories.

These two immense militarized Combat Command Territories are slated to be merged and integrated. They are described as “Areas of Resposibility” from the military standpoint.

Monroe Doctrine 2.0. “Combat Command”

In the context of Trump’s Monroe Doctrine 2.0 and the expansion of U.S. military operations in the Western hemisphere (e.g. Venezuela), the merger of USNORTHCOM (US Northern Combat Command based in Colorado) and USSOUTHCOM (US Southern Command based in Florida) into the new US Americas Command is contemplated (presumably with the acronym AMERICOM).

Is this part of a U.S. Hegemonic Agenda which consists in imposing a Combat Command Entity at the level of the entire continent.

No agreements or negotiations with independent nation states. It’s a process of hegemonic intrusion, in derogation of international law. 

“Combat Command”: Unspoken Process of “Military Occupation”.

“It will most likely be the largest and most important command, encompassing not only the entire Western Hemisphere, but also the Arctic, where Western powers have become increasingly aggressive in desperate attempts to challenge Russia’s northern dominance. When implemented, the plan will reduce the number of US military commands to “just” eight.

Reports indicate that the Pentagon also discussed creating a separate Arctic Command at one point. The idea was for it to be a “junior” command that would be subordinate to AMERICOM, but the plan never left the drawing board.” (Drago Bosnic, December 19, Global Research, 2025)

What is unfolding is an extensive US Americas Combat Command territory with the acronym AMERICOM –which extends from Canada’s Northern territories in the Arctic to the tip of Argentina in South America and The Antartica, whiich hosts a U.S. military facility.

This militarized  AMERICOM territory project under the auspices of the War Department is based on the merger of USNORTHCOM and USSOUTHCOM. It extends over more than 45 countries and territories. Indelibly it constitutes an encroachment of the fundamental rights of sovereign nation states.

Historically the Monroe Doctrine consisted in confronting the intrusion of competing colonial powers in the Americas, namely Spain, the British Empire and France.

In contrast, Monroe Doctrine 2.0 is a hegemonic agenda directed against independent nation states. It consists in regime change coupled with the militarization of the entire continent from the Artic to the Antarctic.

The Annexation of Greenland

In March 2025, President Donald Trump: “renewed his threat of using military force to annex Greenland“.

“saying in an NBC News interview he wouldn’t rule it out to make the self-governing Danish territory a part of the United States”

It’s the latest in Trump’s many comments about seizing control of the resource-rich island, which he insists the US needs for national security purposes.

 “I don’t rule it out,” he told NBC News’ Kristen Welker in an interview that aired on Sunday. “I don’t say I’m going to do it, but I don’t rule out anything.”

The Annexation of Canada 

President Trump has been persistent in his intent: As confirmed in an incisive October CBC report: the Annexation of Canada is so to speak “on the Table”.

“Is [Trump] trying to change political views in this country?

If so, that’s foreign interference,” said Dick Fadden, who also headed CSIS and served as national security adviser to former prime minister Stephen Harper.” (CBC)

A recent report by the Globe and Mail  (October 3, 2025) examines the Annexation issue in detail. Professor Franklyn Griffiths intimates that “A Trump Annexation would likely start in the North” 

In other words, it would have an impact on “Canada’s maritime sovereignty”.

“Canada needs to consider the possibility that U.S. President Donald Trump will soon, and without our permission, send American warships into and through the waterways of the Canadian Arctic archipelago, commonly known as the Northwest Passage.

We owe it to ourselves to imagine what an imminent show of American force (rather than an invasion) would mean. We should also use the prospect to deal with and not write off Mr. Trump’s threats to annex us.” (Professor Griffiths)

51st State is “No Joking Matter” 

On October 8, Prime Minister Carney meets President Trump in Washington D.C.

On a positive side:

“The Prime Minister and the President welcomed the progress achieved to date in building a new economic and security relationship between their nations. Canada currently has the best trade agreement of any U.S. trading partner, with 85% of Canada-U.S. trade now tariff-free, and our cooperation is further improving border security” (pm-gc-ca PM of Canada)

Tensions between US and Denmark over Greenland keep escalating

Former NATO official warned Trump not to insist on plans to annex Greenland to US territory.

Tensions between Americans and Europeans continue to escalate in many spheres. One of the main geopolitical consequences of Trump’s third term is the estrangement between the US and Europe, creating a clear division in the so-called “Collective West” – making it disunited, disintegrated and consequently weaker.

Since his election campaign, Trump has repeatedly promised to annex Greenland into the US. As an autonomous region of the Kingdom of Denmark, Greenland in theory has the right to vote for independence or union with a foreign country if its citizens request. However, it is unclear whether there is any real desire for union with the US among the locals, being the decision to annex Greenland a unilateral move by Trump.

The main problem is that Trump is not approaching the issue diplomatically. He is not trying to convince Greenland residents to demand secession from Denmark. Instead, his methods have been aggressive and blackmailing. First, Trump offered Denmark money to buy Greenland, which was repeatedly refused. Now, having failed to act like a “businessman,” Trump has made it clear that he does not rule out military action to take the territory by force.

Trump is not, as far as is publicly known, planning any military action against Denmark at the moment. However, he makes it clear that this is a possibility in case peaceful annexation of Greenland fails. Furthermore, he justifies this agenda with alleged concerns for US security, stating that the country needs to incorporate Greenland into its territory to ensure regional defense.

“I do not say I am going to do it, but I do not rule out anything (…) We need Greenland very badly. Greenland is a very small amount of people [around 57,000], which we will take care of, and we will cherish them, and all of that. But we need that for international security,” Trump said recently during a press conference about the matter.

As expected, this situation is creating a serious diplomatic rift and making bilateral relations between the US and Denmark increasingly unstable. The US ambassador to Denmark, Jennifer Hall Godfrey, has already been summoned by the country’s authorities to clarify reports about the alleged use of the US diplomatic apparatus on Danish soil to collect intelligence data that could be used against the country in the event of an escalation in the Greenland issue.

In addition, former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen recently warned Trump to stop his plans to annex part of the Danish territory. Also, a former Prime Minister of Denmark, Rasmussen expressed concern about the escalation of tensions over the issue, saying that “Greenlanders do not want to become Americans.”

Rasmussen said Trump’s security concerns are unjustified, as Denmark is a NATO member. Furthermore, there is a bilateral defense agreement that allows the US to place military bases in Greenland, even without any annexation. So, in Rasmussen’s opinion, there are alternatives to resolve the issue without changing Denmark’s territorial configuration.

“[It is] shameless that an American president can threaten an ally. Denmark is one of the closest and most reliable allies of the US (…) The fact is that Greenland is part of NATO. If the US is dissatisfied with the defense of Greenland… we would appreciate a strengthened defense cooperation with the US (…) [Greenland] is part of Denmark and Greenlanders do not want to become Americans,” he said.

It is important to remember that Rasmussen led NATO during one of the most aggressive moments in the alliance’s history. He was one of the key players in the humanitarian catastrophe in Libya, where Western intervention resulted in economic collapse and a major migration crisis. It is therefore curious, if not actually hypocritical, to see Rasmussen concerned about peace in Greenland, when he himself has been one of the main Western agents of destabilization in recent decades.

Trump’s intentions regarding Greenland are still unclear. His security justifications seem merely rhetorical, since Greenland is clearly not a territory wanted by any country rival to the West. What seems more reasonable is the thesis that Trump simply wants to “demand something” from the Europeans. Unhappy with the way European nations operate in NATO, depending on the US and contributing little in return, Trump sees himself as having the right to “take whatever he wants” from any member country of the alliance.

It is too early to say whether this crisis will continue to escalate. However, one thing seems certain: the internal division within the Collective West is far from over.
