China’s Diplomacy Marred by Rubio and Trump’s Childish Egos. The Failure of U.S. Politicians to Understand Chinese Culture

Trump is in China allegedly shoring up frictions and making cosmic deals on behalf of billionaires.

Simultaneously, CSIS, the US Langley NGO that touts itself as the real intelligence apparatus of the White House, has this to say about China: 

“The United States must pursue an invigorated hybrid warfare campaign that capitalizes on the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) enduring vulnerabilities.

The CCP prioritizes narratives over facts, is built on endemic corruption, suffers excessive strongman rule, is paranoid about U.S. intentions, and has few friends to help reduce its dependence on the United States and allies. A U.S. hybrid warfare campaign built on exploiting endemic CCP frailties…”

Essentially, CSIS is stating that the purpose of Trump’s visit to China is to defraud them and bring them to their knees. Why?

Because the very existence of America is built on war. Innovation – for war. Thought control – for war. AI – for war. Every aspect of our economy is based on war and run by psychotic phantoms of humanity including Alex Karp of Palantir. He is of the class of IDF. The insanity of Alan Dulles, with the maturity of a comic book villain on par with Wyle E. Coyote.

In an open article, available for every intelligence officer in China to read, CSIS author, Nicholas Harrington, outlines how to embarrass, expose and sabotage China.

Which America is he representing? Certainly not the one filled with 330 million people. As a former CIA agent, with a BA in government, he claims to be an ‘expert.’ True to form, he failed to name what he is an ‘expert’ at… But being a former CIA agent is not exactly a good resume benefit in today’s world.

As the world turns, all eyes and ears are tuned to this meeting – to read the body language, to understand what is protocol vs what is respect. Including Trump, eight presidents have visited China in an effort to broaden relations beginning with Nixon in 1972. When Clinton visited, diplomatic protocol was rife with poor character.

Perhaps American politicians simply don’t read, don’t study their culture, don’t appreciate their sovereign ways. By contrast, the people of China and the respective government officials are always polite – even in an adversarial frame. It is their culture.

Western culture has disintegrated with every decade. Hollywood has certainly been a construct, but the lack of ‘class’ is embarrassing. Rubio blasts across the internet after meetings with Xi Jinping:

RUBIO announces on the  News Media for All of China to read – “US policy on the issue of Taiwan is unchanged as of today and as of the meeting that we had here today. It was raised. They always raise it on their side. We always make clear our position and we move on to the other topics.”

Taiwan is 7,800 miles from the US. Yet the US position is that Taiwan is a veritable colony of America because of Acts that America passes without treaties, or international agreements.

Taiwan Relations Act passed in 1979 is a law in America that disputes Taiwan’s sovereignty, ignores China’s claims, and bypasses international determination. The Act set the stage for China to become America’s de facto enemy. It wasn’t agreed to or signed by anyone in Taiwan or China.

Taiwan Defense Act 2021. Taiwan Policy Act 2022. PORCUPINE Act 2026 was established to speed delivery of weapons to Taiwan in order to counter the threat of China which sits 1.3 miles off the coast. The absurdity is lost when Trump and Rubio claim Venezuela, 1,800 miles from US, is fair game for absorption. Cuba is fair game for starvation. And Iran is fair game for stone age destruction. The spin cycle is lost, on their brains.

But gabby mouths prevail giving Xi Jinping all the information he needs to see that trust and respect are foreign words to American politicians. Hour one of meeting Xi Jinping firmly stated,

“Taiwan is off the table.”

Hour 1.1 – Rubio and Trump are demanding China surrender Taiwan to the US. Why? Simply for chips. Because Intel, the darling of failure has extended their Ohio factory completion to sometime in 2030 … maybe, 2032… maybe; original completion date is 2025. Initial cost $20 billion – raised to $28 billion in 2025.

Example of spin: 

Internet is citing a WOW agreement wherein China will buy oil and gas from Alaska instead of Iran. 

Reality: China began importing oil from Alaska in 2011. It also imported seafood and forest products.  China stopped importing from Alaska as a direct result of Trump’s trade tariffs. So just as the new war win with Iran is to return the status quo before the US bombed them, the returning the pre-tariff status quo with China imports from Alaska is a Trump ‘win.’ Preserving Trump’s ego. Played by Iran. Played by China.

The failure of American politicians to understand the basic protocols of China’s culture was/is duly noted and catalogued by Xi Jinping and Putin and the Ayatollah. Because it reveals how to win. Ignorance is bliss.

Editors Note: Watching Trump in China was embarrassing and it showed the world just how far the US has declined. Trump looked like a doddering old fool and China was trolling him every chance they got. Xi even talked about America’s decline and all Trump could do was try to spin it with the tired “it was Biden’s fault and now we’re fixing it” nonsense.

South Korea Will Remain A Key Part Of The US’ Chinese Containment Plans

The Sino-Russo Entente might evolve into a de facto alliance if South Korea and Japan join AUKUS+, the US’ de facto “Asian NATO”, but that risks spooking India into a de facto alliance with the US to counterbalance perceived Chinese influence over Russia and thus further destabilizing Eurasia.

Trump’s meeting with Xi prompted hopes that progress might be made on managing Sino-US tensions, but many of these same observers missed the meeting that took place in DC earlier in the week between the American and South Korean (ROK) Defense Ministers, which casts doubts on these hopes. Part of the agenda concerned the deal that was reached during Trump’s visit last year for the US to help the ROK build a nuclear-powered submarine, which was assessed here as facilitating its integration into AUKUS+.

China strongly objected to 2021’s AUKUS pact by which the UK and the US agreed to help Australia develop a nuclear-powered submarine fleet. While China’s reaction to the ROK’s similar such deal with the US last year was relatively more muted due to recently improved bilateral ties, its threat assessment is presumably even higher due to the ROK being much closer to China than Australia is. It also represents the deepening of the US’ military-strategic influence that could be exploited for containment purposes.

Not only would South Korea likely integrate into the US’ AUKUS-centric regional military network that informally involves Japan, the Philippines, and even Taiwan, but China’s rival Japan already signaled interest in clinching its own nuclear-powered submarine deal with the US. Given that the ROK and Japan are “frenemies” for reasons beyond the scope of this analysis to explain, it’s possible that the US will decide to reach a parallel agreement with Japan, thus intensifying China’s threat perception of AUKUS+.

To make matters worse, the US’ nuclear-powered submarine cooperation with the ROK (and potentially soon Japan too) could easily evolve into nuclear weapons cooperation, which is a credible scenario after the expiry of the New START per Trump 2.0’s wishes raised the risk of a global nuclear arms race. The ROK and Japan both have what’s known as nuclear latency, or the ability to build nukes if the decision is made, which over 75% of South Koreans support but over 60% of Japanese oppose.

Under Secretary of War for Policy Elbridge Colby earlier declared that the US would “strenuously oppose” more European countries developing nukes, possibly for escalation-control purposes vis-à-vis Russia, so the same calculation vis-à-vis China might be applied towards East Asia. Nevertheless, such calculations could always change, and the US might also secretly support such programs or at least turn a blind eye towards France and/or the UK aiding them. China therefore has a reason to be concerned.

At the very least, the US is expected to wield the scenario of the ROK and/or Japan going nuclear as a Damocles’ sword over China in a bid to deter it from reciprocally escalating Sino-US tensions amidst the inevitable consolidation of AUKUS+, the de facto “Asian NATO”. Seeing as how the US will thus continue containing China even in the event of a major trade deal, China might become more receptive to Russian hardliners’ proposals to comprehensively deepen cooperation, thus forming a de facto alliance.

The trade-off is that India might then be spooked into consolidating its close military ties with the US into the same due to fear of China becoming Russia’s senior partner and then coercing it into cutting off arms and spares to India, which would enable China to blackmail India amidst their border disputes. This tit-for-tat alliance sequence catalyzed by AUKUS+ could further destabilize Eurasia, facilitate the US’ divide-and-rule plots, and make Sino-US bi-multipolarity inevitable, but it also can’t be ruled out either.

Xi Jinping and Donald Trump Meet to Make “Yuge” Multibillion Deals

The meeting between Xi Jinping and Donald Trump is hyped stratospherically as though Trump and his 12-16 billionaire minions will tromp all over China’s stoic atmosphere and steal deals left and right. Center stage,

Trump is prepared to offer Xi Jinping the ‘ability to invest $1 trillion in America.’ In return for this carrot, it is anticipated that China will help the US destroy Iran. The techie billionaire club will all offer to share their knowledge If China invests in their companies. Apple, Boeing, Citi, Tesla, Meta, BlackRock are all representing America looking for money. And the pressure is building.

In advance, limousines were sent over aboard cargo planes because riding in a Chinese vehicle is apparently not safe.

A 50-vehicle motorcade, a minimum of 300 rooms to accommodate security, and likely some presents for Xi, meals et al all billed to America – all courtesy of US taxpayers. I seriously doubt Xi Jinping is impressed, more likely ‘amused’ at the gauche expression of wealth. Unlike the typical Davos extra-curricular activity, I doubt Xi will provide the 2,000 prostitutes these people anticipate. C’est la vie.

The media is already claiming Xi Jinping has agreed to all of Trump’s pressure valves and everything will be great – China might even agree to become the 51st state.

Simultaneously, the US government has issued a Level 3 Travel Advisory for China due to arbitrary enforcement of laws – reconsider travel.

Trump is desperate for two things: 

1) rare earth minerals, and

2) fix the Iran mess for him.

The $1 trillion investment in the techie companies is up to the techies to sell. Grovel. Interestingly, the Glam Team seems to think China has $1 trillion in cash just sitting around growing mold and waiting to invest while demonizing their failed economy.  What is unclear is what China wants from America.

Apparently, America is not offering much — the lifting of ‘some sanctions’, and leaving Taiwan alone seems to be the only cards Trump and his techies have to offer. In January 2026, Boeing’s financials revealed deliveries of 600 commercial planes (reflecting a $7 billion loss) and a ‘backlog of 6100 planes.’ What fool would put his name as the 6,101st in the backlog and wait ten years? 

It appears that the spin Trump hopes to create is heavily weighted on the great relationship he has with Xi Jinping and releasing China from US sanctions and tariffs. In a game of Poker, Trump holds the three of diamonds and three spades. Given the largess sanctions imposed by Trump relate to Iran, Xi Jinping has already instructed all related companies to ignore them. Xi used the ace of diamonds. Given tariffs are absorbed by US taxpayers – Xi used the ace of spades. And Trump has nothing to sell that China wants.

Treasuries

China still holds $700-$800 billion in US Treasuries. If China were to sell Treasuries, it would trigger an increase in Treasury yields to make them look more attractive and cause a spiraling of economic pain for America via high interest rates impacting the government debt, businesses and consumers. What If Trump proposed ‘loaning’ China the money to invest in the techies, increasing China’s debt? As of 2024, according to the IMF, China’s debt stood at 88.8% of GDP – compared to the US at 120.79%, Italy at 135.33% and Japan topping global debt at 236.66%.

That debt would go a lot further in Africa than it could possibly in the US amidst high inflation. Not to mention proximity – closer to home. China is in the early stage of an economic transition with consumption central. Debt is NOT their economic strategy. Average household debt in China is $13,000 compared to the average in the US of $154,150. Obviously, the money changers would like to change that noose and want all global peasants to be heavily indebted to the bankers.

There is also the BlackRock demand for an international blockchain digital monetary system that Fink could pitch to Xi Jinping.

As the BRICS+ have moved from trading in dollars to trading in Yuan which further destabilizes America and the dollar. Banks are NOT ready. The transition could take upwards of ten years. The crater it would create would be filled with gold and silver. The US can’t fill the crater because as Trump has insinuated. Fort Knox is empty.

I doubt China’s Five-Year Transition Plan is to make China a slumlord to its taxpayers. 2026 marks the 15th five-year plan for China. Always the tortoise, the purpose of adhering to the plans is rooted in patience. Staying out of wars saves about $360 billion annually. As a result, China has surpassed America in tech, AI, infrastructure, automobiles, and manufacturing.  Where it lags is in advanced chip manufacturing which it imports from Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and Japan. The discount over NVIDIA is upwards of 30% to 50%.

As Trump and his techies land in China, I propose they are wholly under-prepared, overly cocky and will find themselves bowing and scraping for Xi’s approval. Hopefully, they studied Chinese protocols, some words of greeting, manners and etiquette before launching themselves into a grease pit of disrespect. Trump? He will definitely go off script and the profanity and ego will not be well tolerated.

CHINA AND AMERICA SEEM TO BE HEADED FOR A HOT WAR

Refueling Over Wake Island

The US Military has been pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into Wake Island in the Pacific over the past decade, especially over the past 3 years. This is part of the missile defense shield as well as a major base for the USAF and US Navy. This buildup has been kept very quiet while the focus of attention has been on the US/China trade deals and tariffs.

KITV News in Hawaii did a report on Wake Island and the buildup back in 2019. Here’s some of what they had to say.

“Now Wake is at the forefront of a new military buildup in the North Pacific. A review of federal contracting information and defense industry press releases confirm that the United States government has committed hundreds of millions of dollars for work at Wake in the past few years.

Lt. Col. Rebecca Corbin, commander of the Alaska-based 611th Civil Engineering Squadron, acknowledged in an email that a military buildup is underway at Wake.

“The increased activity in recent times is not an illusion,” she wrote. “There are indeed a lot of changes happening on that small atoll.”

The Pacific Air Force Regional Support Center is “pouring a lot of investment into the infrastructure and the contracted support to that location,” she wrote, including a new contract that will manage airfield operations, accommodations for workers and public works projects.”

The Drive.com just completed a very comprehensive look at Wake Island and the buildup has been considerable!

“The Pentagon has been pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into the secretive strategic stronghold in recent years. These expenditures have included the apron and runway improvements, as well as a large solar farm that can be seen in the western area of the island in the recent satellite photo. It’s more likely than not that even more investment into the island’s infrastructure will be made in the near term as rising tensions with China, North Korea, and Russia have reinvigorated the strategic importance of the remote base.

Beyond its clear logistical utility, acting as a major hub where there isn’t another for thousands of miles, it sits outside the range of China’s and North Korea’s medium-range ballistic missiles, and largely at the end, if not entirely out of range, of their intermediate-range ballistic missiles (IRBMs). Guam, which is situated about 1,500 miles further west, is well within the range of these weapons.

During the opening stages of a major conflict with China, America’s bases that are within range of these missiles would be overwhelmed by them, at the very least knocking bases like Kadena in Okinawa out of commission for a substantial period of time. These strikes would likely be layered with cruise missile attacks, making them harder to defend against and upping the odds that Beijing could neuter American airpower throughout the region in the opening exchanges of a conflict.

Guam, which hosts a key U.S. naval base and the sprawling Andersen Air Force Base, would be targeted as well, although at greater range. This island has a THAAD missile battery that has been in place for years to fend-off ballistic missile attacks specifically, but the sheer numbers a foe like China can fire at the island makes defending it a highly dubious exercise. Rebuffing more limited attacks from a foe like North Korea is far more relevant to the island’s defenses. Other airfields in the Marianas Island Chain, or within the MRBM and IRBM range in general, are even more vulnerable.”

Meanwhile the US Navy has sent in 2 US aircraft carrier groups into the South China Sea to emphasize their point of freedom of navigation in the region. This video report says that up to 1,000 ships will be in the region soon if they’re not already there.

Rockefeller Paper Details Government Plan to Impose A Police State Due to a Pandemic

A Universal Vaccine is Coming

(INTELLIHUB) — A Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network whitepaper published in May of 2010 reveals a planned scenario in which governments around the world would be able to more easily take over society and institute a total and complete Orwellian police state by locking down the remaining few humans that survive a contrived pandemic outbreak.

The report titled Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development has a stated goal of creating “a world of tighter top-down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.”

“A world in which highly coordinated and successful strategies emerge for addressing both urgent and entrenched worldwide issues… An economically unstable and shock-prone world in which governments weaken, criminals thrive, and dangerous innovations emerge… An economically depressed world in which individuals and communities develop localized, makeshift solutions to a growing set of problems.”

The report goes on to detail a scenario dubbed “Lockstep” which reads:

In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain—originating from wild geese—was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.

The pandemic blanketed the planet—though disproportionate numbers died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols. But even in developed countries, containment was a challenge. The United States’ initial policy of “strongly discouraging” citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the U.S. but across borders. However, a few countries did fare better—China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter post-pandemic recovery.

The #Coronavirus is Serving Many Purposes

The coronavirus is showing itself to be quite useful in getting the goals of the elite and their “New World Order” achieved. We have population control, medical martial law, UN/WHO takeover of nations medical systems, and now the potential for a cashless society. From the Global Times in China:

“The Guangzhou branch of China’s central bank, the People’s Bank of China, said on Saturday all used banknotes emanating from hospitals, wet markets, and buses will be destroyed immediately to combat the COVID19 crisis.

For effective facilitation of cash disinfection, the withdrawn cash from key units will be temporarily stored in warehouses, besides inter/intra-provincial transfers in some seriously affected areas have been suspended to contain virus transmission, Fan Yifei, the deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China said during a press conference on Saturday.

Fan said commercial banks are required to strictly implement the two lines of receipts and payments. Cash received must be sterilized before it can be released to customers.”

The virus can live on surfaces for days, up to 9 days under the right conditions and that includes money. The banks can disinfect bills using ultraviolet light and ozone but only so much of it and they can’t do that once the money leaves said bank. This is a perfect set up for “oh snap! I guess we’ll have to burn all of the paper money and go digital now. Surprise!” said by some government official someday soon.

This is all leading up to the mark of the beast being the only way to participate in the NWO economy. Take the electronic tattoo/mark showing you’re up to date on your vaccines, input all of your banking information, medical records, etc all in one place. Most of your info can be stored in the cloud so all the tattoo needs to do is be able to access that info when its scanned by the cops, medical staff, etc.

The world will line right up for the mark of the beast and the new “universal vaccine”, especially after it has suffered for awhile with the death and destruction caused by disease, war and famine. That is what’s coming. Get right with Jesus now while there’s still time. Get the gaps in your preps filled now while you still can.

Chinese Coronavirus Update 2-12-20

First the CDC is preparing for the coronavirus to get a foothold in the USA. From the Hill.com

During a press call, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) told reporters that it is preparing for the coronavirus to have a greater impact in the U.S. than the 13 confirmed cases. 

On the phone with reporters was Dr. Nancy Messonnier, the director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, who first offered her condolences to the family of the American who died from the virus while living abroad in China. 

She then continued to say that the CDC’s strategy to combat the virus will change and that the organization continues “to be flexible to meet public health challenges that the virus presents.” 

Messonnier also stated that the CDC is taking steps to prepare for the coronavirus to “take a foothold in the U.S.”

“At some point, we are likely to see community spread in the U.S. or other countries,” she confirmed.

Then there is the sudden militarization of Wuhans P4 lab where questions remain about the origins of this new virus, now called “Covid-19”. That story is on Zerohedge

The reported militarization of Wuhan’s P4 Lab has raised new questions about the origin of the Covid-19 virus and the apparent cover-up that has occurred since it was first made public.

Following the removal of the most senior health officials in Wuhan yesterday, Chinese State Media has just reported that Chen Wei, China’s chief biochemical weapon defense expert, is now to be stationed in Wuhan to lead the efforts to overcome the deadly, pneumonia-like pathogen.

According to the PLA Daily report, Chen Wei holds the rank of major general, and along with reports that Chinese troops have started to “assist”, it strongly suggests that the PLA has taken control of the situation.

Then there’s the issue of China urgently needing more body bags. That along with all of the other evidence shows that China has been severely under reporting the casualties all along. Obviously they have been lying to preserve social order but at what cost? This excerpt is from a story posted on Hal Turner Radio

The outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan has greatly increased the number of infections and deaths. How serious is the epidemic? After a Wuhan Funeral Home asked for help from the society to transport the body bags, more industry exposures were revealed. The CCP is rushing to make millions of body bags , which has attracted public attention.

In order to cope with the increasing number of new cases of coronavirus (Wuhan pneumonia) infections and deaths, Wuhan has successively built new Vulcan Hill Hospital, Lei Shenshan Hospital and more than 10 square cabin hospitals.

The Coronavirus is a Bioweapon Designed to Defeat Your Immune System

The reports on this subject just keep on coming. This so called “cold virus” is nothing of the kind. Do you really think the Chinese would be reacting with such massive actions if this weren’t deadly? Do you really believe any “official” numbers the Chinese or the mainstream media in the west are telling you? If you’re waiting on the media and the governments of the world to assure you this is deadly it will be far too late.

Two separate components of genetic sequencing from HIV-1, the virus which causes AIDS, were added to Bat-SARS-Like coronavirus in the laboratory, thereby allowing it to infect human lungs via the ACES2 receptors in our lungs, and to disrupt the human body ability to fight it off, by reducing human leukocytes. This was just recently discovered and it needs to be peer reviewed but if true definitively PROVES this is a bioweapon.

There is no way in nature that the Bat coronavirus could fortuitously acquire the two HIV genetic sequences, without causing a mutation of the Virus Envelope. The ONLY way the virus envelope could obtain the HIV genetics and still remain 100% identical to the 2018 sample, is if the HIV genes were added in a laboratory.

So what the human race is now facing, is an accidentally-released military bio-weapon. The original Bat-SARS-Like Coronavirus was identified by China’s People’s Liberation Army, through the Institute of Military Medicine, Nanjiang Command in the year 2018. They uploaded the virus sequence and they were the sole entity in possession of the virus.

Of course by even suggesting that this is a weapon can still get you put in prison in China (or worse) and get you banned from social media in the US.
