Using advanced analytics, facial recognition, payment history, and what we are legally calling “hospitality pattern awareness,” the system will assign each visitor a real-time tipping confidence score before they even reach the hostess stand.

This exciting initiative will allow businesses to:

• prioritize premium table placement for proven tippers
• issue automatic “split checks unavailable” alerts for high-risk parties
• notify servers when a guest has a documented history of saying “I used to wait tables” before leaving 8%
• better protect waitstaff from chronic ranch-refillers with no financial upside
