Actually that’s what I’m on now for the most part. I have slow digestion/metabolism which is the biggest contributor to my issues so along with diet modification it’s also about portions and serving times. I’m also incorporating a 15 min. treadmill walk after every meal, so 3 times per day to aid my digestion and metabolism.
