Just because they’re not speaking about this in the mainstream media (or alternative media, for that matter) doesn’t mean it’s not happening. There’s been a huge drain of water in the American SW and America in general because of widespread drought. Because of that drought, people are draining the aquifers, creating voids, subsidence, and cracks in the earth. Because of that subsidence, the water that washes down into the aquifers has no filter, making it bitter, like Wormwood.

The water supply to 40 million Americans is at risk – and the federal government just signed a temporary document about it. Almost nobody noticed, and what I found buried inside it genuinely alarmed me.
I care about this because the people hit first and hardest by water shocks are older adults, people with chronic conditions, and the families caring for them. Heat, utility costs, food prices, and grid instability are caregiving issues, even when nobody labels them that way.
