Trump Order to Lock Out 50% of Americans From their Bank Accounts!

I can’t believe this hasn’t been talked about a lot more but then again they have us distracted with a zillion different things at once! Here’s what you need to know!

Trump is about to lock 157 million Americans out of their own bank accounts.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent confirmed an executive order forcing every US bank to collect proof of citizenship is “in process.”

And he just doubled down: “If Treasury and the banking regulators say it’s their job, it’s their job.”

This sounds irrelevant but here’s what this really means:

Per the Congressional Research Service, only 48% of Americans hold a US passport.

That leaves over 170 million Americans without one.

REAL IDs don’t count. Driver’s licenses don’t count. Social Security cards don’t count.

Per Wall Street Journal reporting, banks will need a passport or birth certificate.

The Brennan Center found 21.3 million voting-age US citizens don’t have documents proving their citizenship easily available.

These are Americans who are about to lose access to their own bank accounts.

And here’s the thing:

The order applies to new AND existing customers. Banks could be forced to close accounts of people who can’t produce documents.

Your 78-year-old grandmother born at home in 1948. Your naturalized dad who lost his papers 30 years ago. Your cousin mid-passport renewal.

The official story is that this stops illegal immigrants from accessing banking.

But the actual reality:

Illegal immigrants can’t open US bank accounts anyway. Know Your Customer rules already require SSNs or ITINs. The existing system ALREADY blocks what this order claims to block.

So who does this actually target?

The half of Americans without a passport. Rural Americans. Elderly Americans born before centralized record-keeping. Black Americans in Southern states where birth records were historically unreliable. Low-income Americans who can’t afford $225 for an expedited passport.

The American Action Forum, a center-right think tank, estimates this adds 33 to 73 million paperwork hours and $2.6 to $5.6 billion in compliance costs.

Guess who pays those costs?

You do. Through fees. Through closed accounts. Through denied loans.

Bessent’s defense quote: “I have a place in the UK, they want to know who lives in every apartment.”

Bessent’s net worth: $600 million.

He has a “place in the UK.”

He will not be affected by this.

So this isn’t really about immigration.

For the first time in American history, access to the banking system would be conditioned on proving citizenship to the federal government. That creates a permanent database linking every American’s finances to their citizenship status.

Once that database exists, it gets used by ICE, voting enforcement, tax enforcement, Social Security, and future administrations for purposes nobody has announced yet.

Every future government gets the keys to decide who has a bank account based on paperwork.

And Wall Street’s reaction tells you everything:

Bank execs privately called it “unworkable” and “a complete nightmare.” One researcher called it “a way to weaponize the banking system to achieve political ends.”

They’re not pushing back because they love immigrants. They just KNOW the compliance costs are catastrophic and half their customers will walk.

Tom Cotton also introduced a companion bill in March making it a federal crime for any unauthorized person to “open or maintain a US bank account.” Maintain. Meaning existing accounts.

These things are literally being drafted right now.

I’m surprised that all of this went under the radar.

Inside One Of US GOvernments ‘Location Harvesting’ Contractors, Which Tracks ‘Hundreds Of Millions’ Of Phones For Profit $$$

Watching and tracking You

WASHINGTON—A small U.S. company with ties to the U.S. defense and intelligence communities has embedded its software in numerous mobile apps, allowing it to track the movements of hundreds of millions of mobile phones world-wide, according to interviews and documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

Anomaly Six LLC a Virginia-based company founded by two U.S. military veterans with a background in intelligence, said in marketing material it is able to draw location data from more than 500 mobile applications, in part through its own software development kit, or SDK, that is embedded directly in some of the apps. An SDK allows the company to obtain the phone’s location if consumers have allowed the app containing the software to access the phone’s GPS coordinates.

App publishers often allow third-party companies, for a fee, to insert SDKs into their apps. The SDK maker then sells the consumer data harvested from the app, and the app publisher gets a chunk of revenue. But consumers have no way to know whether SDKs are embedded in apps; most privacy policies don’t disclose that information. Anomaly Six says it embeds its own SDK in some apps, and in other cases gets location data from other partners.

Anomaly Six is a federal contractor that provides global-location-data products to branches of the U.S. government and private-sector clients. The company told The Wall Street Journal it restricts the sale of U.S. mobile phone movement data only to nongovernmental, private-sector clients.

Numerous agencies of the U.S. government have concluded that mobile data acquired by federal agencies from advertising is lawful. Several law-enforcement agencies are using such data for criminal-law enforcement, the Journal has reported, while numerous U.S. military and intelligence agencies also acquire this kind of data.

Many private-sector companies in the advertising and marketing world buy and sell geolocation data, sometimes reselling it to government agencies or contractors. But the direct collection of such data by a business closely linked to U.S. national security agencies is unusual.

Anomaly Six was founded by defense-contracting veterans who worked closely with government agencies for most of their careers and built a company to cater in part to national-security agencies, according to court records and interviews.

Asif Khan, a marketing expert and founder of the Location Based Marketing Association, a trade group representing advertising and marketing companies who deal in location data, said the government acquisition of consumer location data has been a longstanding issue for the industry. He said app-makers should be more transparent with consumers about how the data may be used once it is collected.

“You could argue that the government has the right, just like any commercial entity, to buy the data, if the data is available from a commercial supplier,” said Mr. Khan. “But you also need to be able to clearly say ‘this data could be used by government.’”

“I think the average consumer doesn’t have a clue,’ he said. For the rest of the story click HERE!

Wow. I had no idea how widespread the spying went across ALL apps it seems. YOU are the commodity being traded, you and all of your data and no one seems to know how its being used or who all is buying it. Of course the government can and is a client/customer! It’s the perfect end run around what’s left of the constitution, which isn’t much at this point.

The only real way to protect yourself is use as few apps as possible or don’t use a smart phone at all! I’m seriously considering going back to a dumb phone with calls and text only as my new iPhone has a mind of its own at times.

God bless,

Johnny

Welcome to The Police State Where They Get Away With Murder

Keeping Their Boot On Your Neck

The Houston Police Department has a major cover-up going on in the case of the Tuttles, the Houston Couple who were gunned down in their home earlier this year. Police accused them of being suspected drug dealers and that they were forced to shoot the dog then shoot the Tuttles.

Now the family has released the results of their own private forensic investigation and the results are shocking. According to TFTP.com “According to the forensics experts hired by the family of the victims, the officers who suffered bullet wounds during the raid on the innocent couple’s home were shot by their fellow cops.”

Of course this is in direct conflict of the Houston PD narrative where they actually threatened people over the airwaves against contradicting their story. This is yet another example of police that have zero accountability as they close ranks to protect their own. Where are the “good cops” to call out the bad ones? Whistle blowers sometimes end up dead so they shut up or they quit and try to work somewhere else.

This will continue as the police keep getting unchecked power from the legislatures and the courts who refuse to hold them to account. These days one has to wonder if you’ll survive a police enounter. Will they give you a ticket and let you be about your business or will they pull you out of your car and beat you half to death because they thought you looked funny? in today’s America that is now a crap shoot.
