The Power of Cinnamon, Milk Thistle and Cloves for Fighting Parasites

This is from my blog over at Substack.com. It’s called Don’t Speak Health News. Here you go!

What you see in the pictures above is a product I’ve been using for a decade called Cinnergy. It’s what I’ve been using to keep my type 2 diabetes in remission along with a no refined sugar no ultra processed foods diet. It’s also great for cleansing the liver daily. What I didn’t know about was it’s ability to fight parasites and how it’s being recommended for people who are detoxing/cleansing from parasites!

Cinnamon is believed to have antimicrobial and antiparasitic effects. It has been used in traditional remedies for millennia, such as decoctions, to help combat intestinal worms and other parasites! It contains compounds like eugenol and cinnamaldehyde that have antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiparasitic effects! Studies suggest that cinnamon can:

  • Reduce the parasite load. Cinnamon extracts have been shown to significantly reduce fecal cysts (gross) and intestinal trophozoites in infections like Giardia lamblia. It damages parasites by causing structural injuries, leading to their disintegration and elimination.
  • Inhibit Larvae Movement. Cinnamon essential oil can stop parasite larvae from migrating within the body and damage their digestive systems, ultimately leading to their deaths.
  • Support Gut Healing. Cinnamon promotes intestinal healing by reducing inflammation and aiding in the repair of mucosal damage caused by parasites.

There was a time period of about a year where I could not take my Cinnergy supplement because it would make my gastritis (excessive belching) go crazy! Now I know why Cinnergy had that effect, it was killing off the parasites and I was probably driving them crazy to boot! As the parasites die off or reproduce they excrete toxins into our bodies and make us sick. I had to make modifications to my diet in order to even eat back then.

Milk Thistle is often used for parasite cleansing primarily due to its liver supporting properties. The active compound in milk thistle, silymarin, has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective (the ability of a substance to protect the liver) effects, which helps the liver detoxify and generate cells. Since the liver plays a key role in filtering toxins and processing waste, including those released in a parasite cleanse, milk thistle can support this process.

Additionally milk thistle may aid in removing some parasites when combined with other herbs like Oregano grape root, Cinnamon and others including black walnut, wormwood and cloves (more on cloves in a minute). Its immune boosting properties may also help the body combat infections more effectively. However its direct antiparasitic effects are less well documented than it’s liver benefits. That’s one reason I’ve been taking it all of these years, to protect my liver. Now I know it’s also helping to get rid of my parasites! The liver cleansing effect is important to help get rid of the parasites AND to help cleanse the liver from any drugs you’re taking like Ivermectin or FenBen.

Now for the cloves, a deadly enemy for parasites and their eggs!

Cloves play a significant role in parasite cleansing due to their strong antiparasitic properties, primarily attributed to the compound eugenol. Here’s how it works.

  • Disruption of Parasite Metabolism. Eugenol interferes with the energy metabolism of parasites by inhibiting key enzymes, this leads to reduced ATP production, ultimately killing the parasites.
  • Egg Destruction. This is the primary reason I’ve been using it for, to kill off the eggs and prevent them from hatching. That breaks the life cycle of parasites and reduces reinfection risks.
  • Damage to parasite structure. Clove extracts can damage the cutical and outer layers of worms, leading to their death. This corrosive effect is particularly effective against nematodes like Haemonchus contortus.
  • Broad Antimicrobial Action. In addition to targeting parasites, cloves also combat bacterial and fungal infections that may accompany parasitic infestations, further supporting gut health.

If you’d like to order some Cinnergy you can do so with this link: https://www.thepeopleschemist.com/collections/pills/products/cinnergy

I don’t make a dime off of any sales as he doesn’t have an affiliate program so I’m not trying to make a buck, just trying to help anyone I can with it. Remember everyone is different so it may not have the same effects on you.

As for me and my gut/parasite issues they are 90% better overall since my latest cleanse. I will continue with my Cinnergy and cloves and keep working at it. Blessings to you all!

PARASITES-A NEW PARADIGM: SO THIS IS WHY THEY CENSOR IVERMECTIN/HQ AND PUSH INSECTS AS FOOD

Disclaimer: This article is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. This is for educational purposes only.

In this video Dr. Merritt shows us where disease comes from and it’s not what we’ve been brainwashed to believe. I’m going to be using Ivermectin to kill the main bugs and my DMSO/Clove solution to kill the eggs before they can hatch out. You can use the drugs that Dr. Merritt recommends, I’m just going with what I’ve already been taught but she gives a solid protocol in this video.

On a side note my gastroparesis symptoms are 80% better they’re not fixed completely. I still have trouble with my uncontrollable belching off and on in the mornings for about the first 3 hours of my day. It can also come on if I eat anything too processed or with sugar, so it has definitely forced me to be disciplined. Now I hope to kill it off completely with this new parasite protocol. I will be keeping you informed as I go along.

I will also be putting out more exclusive paid subscriber content so stay tuned.

So for those of you who’ve been searching for a parasite protocol here you go! I pray that this helps, blessings to you all!

DMSO and my 13 Year Old Cat

For those of you who don’t know I have a blog over on Substack as well where I focus on natural health remedies more than anything else. It’s just another way I can serve God and help those who need it. It’s been quite an enjoyable experience and it’s very rewarding when it helps people and I get a good report back. Here is a reposting of my latest blog on Substack to show you how DMSO can treat your animals’ digestion Issues and pain. Here is the substack link: https://dontspeakhealth.substack.com/

Jack is our 13 year old cat who has had digestive issues his entire life. The vet told us years ago that he had an enlarged spleen that was impacting his ability to digest and absorb food properly. Due to this fact he has been overweight almost his entire life!

After doing some preliminary research using my new (free to me) Perplexity AI tool I found that DMSO does indeed help with digestive issues in animals, and in fact there have been numerous studies done on this topic. Here we go!

Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) has been studied for its potential in treating various animal health conditions, including digestive issues. Research has shown that DMSO may help reduce inflammation and improve intestinal barrier function, which can be beneficial in treating conditions such as intestinal inflammation and barrier dysfunction.

  • Intestinal Inflammation: DMSO has been found to inhibit zymosan-induced intestinal inflammation and barrier dysfunction in animal studies. It has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and improve the integrity of the intestinal barrier.
  • Barrier Dysfunction: DMSO has been shown to improve the expression of tight junction proteins, such as ZO-1, which are essential for maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier. This can help prevent the leakage of toxins and undigested food particles into the bloodstream, reducing the risk of digestive issues.
  • Animal Studies: Studies have been conducted on animals, such as rats, to investigate the effects of DMSO on digestive issues. These studies have found that DMSO can reduce inflammation, improve intestinal barrier function, and prevent tissue damage.

It is essential to note that while DMSO may have potential benefits in treating animal digestive issues, more research is needed to fully understand its effects and to determine the optimal dosage and administration protocol. Additionally, DMSO should only be used under the guidance of a veterinarian, as it can have side effects and interact with other medications.

DMSO has also helped Jack the cat with his painful joints and walking issues! Over the past few years I’ve noticed Jack limping and walking stiffly more and more and treatments can be expensive and they involve big pharma. Now enter the DMSO treatments I’ve been giving him and WOW WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT! He walks with much less of a limp and his gait is almost back to normal! I’d say his pain levels have improved by at least 80% just based on his gait and his playfulness coming back! There are days he acts like a kitten again!

Here is more from the research I’ve found on this subject.

DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is used to treat pain and inflammation in animals due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. Here are some key points about its use:

  • Pain ManagementDMSO can alleviate pain from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions such as arthritis. It is particularly effective for localized pain, such as muscle strains or joint issues.
  • Anti-Inflammatory EffectsDMSO reduces inflammation, which is beneficial for injuries or conditions causing swelling. It penetrates skin and other tissues deeply and effectively, making it a preferred choice for treating conditions like arthritis in animals.
  • Enhanced Absorption: DMSO can enhance the absorption of other drugs or compounds when mixed with certain medications, allowing them to reach their intended targets more effectively.
  • Edema Reduction: DMSO’s diuretic properties help reduce swelling, which is beneficial for post-operative care, ensuring faster healing and recovery for animals.
  • Healing Promotion: DMSO promotes cellular repair, aiding in the recovery from wounds and surgeries.
  • Veterinary Use: DMSO is used topically on the skin and is approved by the FDA for use in dogs and horses. It is often used off-label by veterinarians to treat a wide array of inflammatory conditions, from laminitis to neurological problems.
  • Safety Considerations: While DMSO offers numerous benefits, it is crucial to use it correctly and under the guidance of a qualified veterinarian. Side effects, such as skin irritation or a garlic-like odor, can occur. It is also important to ensure that DMSO used for animal care is of the highest purity level.

The pain and inflammation relief for animals is the same for humans as we’ve already discussed in previous posts. Now for the protocol I use. Please note that it will be different depending on the size/weight of the critters you’re treating. A horse will need more DMSO than a cat for example. Check with your animals caregiver if you’re unsure of how much to use.

For my cat Jack I soak a cotton pad with my 50-50 DMSO and distilled water solution. It takes about a full dropper (1/2 teaspoon) to soak the cotton pad. Then I rub it on his belly where the fur is very thin so it absorbs better through the skin. I also treat his shoulder and hip joints with the soaked pad but the DMSO absorbs best through the belly area. He then proceeds to clean it off himself which is great because then he’s getting an oral dose as well!

In conclusion I’ve been very impressed with the results of DMSO on my cat and I will begin to use it on his brother as well. The fact that Jack has been losing weight after all of these years is huge for his health and longevity, not to mention the massive reduction in his joint pain! I couldn’t be happier and if Jack could talk to us I’m sure he’d express his joy about how much better he feels! He kind of does express it when he gets all poofy and playful with me again, it’s been so rewarding to watch!

I hope this helps those of you with similar issues with your pets. DMSO works and best of all it’s SAFE TO USE!!! Remember less is more and start your pet out slowly on any new regimens.

DMSO and the Garlic/Onion Smell

two white garlics

Some people experience this unpleasant side effect, here is more info on how to deal with it.

I’ve been noticing more comments and questions about the smell and garlic/onion taste and smell that DMSO can create. Many people (like myself) don’t experience this unpleasant (but not dangerous) side effect but for those of you who do, here is some information I found including what I do myself.

  • Many users report that the garlic-like smell from DMSO persists for a short period, usually a few hours to a day or two, after application or ingestion.
  • Some individuals claim that the smell disappears completely within 24 hours, while others report that it lingers for several days.
  • The intensity and duration of the smell seem to vary depending on individual factors, such as the concentration of DMSO used, the method of application, and personal sensitivity.
  • A few users suggest that the smell may be reduced or eliminated by:
    • Using a lower concentration of DMSO (e.g., 10% instead of 99.995%).
    • Diluting DMSO with water or other solvents. (This is what I do using distilled water)
    • Applying DMSO to a specific area, such as the skin, rather than ingesting it.
    • Using a “low-odor” or “pharma-grade” DMSO, which may have undergone additional purification steps to reduce the presence of dimethyl sulfide (DMS), the compound responsible for the garlic-like smell.

Keep in mind that everyone is unique and your body will process it differently than mine or someone else, so don’t be too alarmed if you have this issue. As you can see it will usually dissipate within a few days and if not there are other things you can try like diluting it with distilled water. I am now using a 50-50 blend as it sits well with everyone in the household including our cats. I use this 50-50 blend when putting it into my foot soaks with the magnesium oil.

Once again my recipe for the foot soaks is as follows:

1 dropper full (about 1/2 teaspoon) of 50-50 DMSO/distilled water

1 tablespoon of Magnesium chloride oil

I use hot water (I like it almost too hot) and soak for 15-30 minutes depending on how much time I have, but 15 minutes is the minimum. The soles of your feet will uptake the DMSO and magnesium just like you drank it as I still burp a little from the magnesium, just as if I had drank it! This may also help you eliminate the garlic odor while still getting all of the benefits of your DMSO.

I hope this helps, stay tuned for more updates. Blessings to you all!
