A peer-reviewed paper published in October 2024 has laid out a detailed blueprint for what can only be described as mass atmospheric experimentation on an unsuspecting global population.
The paper goes onto say that while they know that these spores will cause some people major issues they’re going to proceed anyway. You just can’t make this stuff up. This is one reason why Jesus said what He did in Matthew 24:22.

Why is there cloud seeding being done by our government?
Many people say it’s for weather weapons, after first being tested in Cambodia and being extremely successful (Operation Popeye, 1967-1972). Now being used worldwide.
But when we view everything rather in view of living through the book of Revelation, could the cloud seeding actually be currently used to play part in satan’s massive deception, covering up how very close we are to the return of Jesus Christ?
In Revelation 11, we learn that the two witnesses have the power to shut up the heavens and keep it from raining for a certain period of time. I personally think this is more likely the government of Babylon America experimented and now has perfected cloud seeding, which is used worldwide… knowing what was coming according to Revelation 11. Just a thought…
These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. Revelation 11: 6-7

This is another reason why Jesus said the days of the tribulation would have to be cut short (Matt 24:22) or there’d be nothing left alive. No people, no plants, no animals NOTHING. Who knows what they’re spraying on us at this point? This is why we need to pray for God’s supernatural protection daily!
