UPDATE 9-4-26

A big thanks to all who have been praying for us, especially for our oldest cat Jack. My wife came back from a work trip late yesterday afternoon and all of a sudden he stopped crying, stopped following me around everywhere and acting all cringe. Jack has never acted that way when Lisa has been gone before, so it was a big shock to me as he’s usually Mr. Cool. So mentally Jack is MUCH better, due the power of prayer and Lisa getting home. He’s still far too skinny so he’s going to the vet today for more bloodwork, maybe some xrays as well. I’m hopeful that all he needs is some adjustment to his meds and that its not something worse. Thanks again for the prayers, I will be back at it later today.

And my best friend for the last 15 plus years.

He was there when all of this began back in July of 2011. I wish I could find those pictures. He has lost a ton of weight this week and his mind is going as well.

I’m devestated and I don’t know when I’ll be back. I will leave it all with God.
