My Infected Tooth
I’m so tired of tooth problems I could scream as the same tooth has been giving me trouble since last November and up until now they’ve been gaslighting me, telling me “oh we x-rayed it last month and it was fine”. Finally after my face has swollen up and the gum line above that tooth is very swollen they are removing the bothersome tooth tomorrow. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful its getting removed by why the gaslighting???
They tried to fix it by drilling deep and filling the cavity under the gum line, which was last November as I said above. That tooth hasn’t felt right since and the infection is my body saying “this is a foreign object and I’m trying to get rid of it”. The filling fell out back in December and I wish that had listened to me then and removed the darn thing. Three weeks ago when I had a different tooth removed I told them again that this tooth was the main issue but the dismissed my concerns. Now I have to deal with it yet again. Sigh.
I won’t be doing videos until its taken care of as I can’t speak properly now. Also the tooth has become antibiotic resistant so I had to get new stronger antibiotics but they might take a few days to work. However I’m trusting God to heal me more than the pills. I say that because even though this is by far the worst tooth infection I’ve had in my life, the pain has been very manageable. That is God’s grace at work because I know how this is supposed to feel and praise God I’m not feeling that kind of pain! Oh I have pain but it’s at a 3 or 4, not a 10 like in the past.

Thanks Raven. The original dentist I had last November was definitely creepy. He loved to crank hard and he hummed and sung along with the elevator music while he did it. I told them I won’t work with him any longer and so far so good. I pray that this is my last trip for awhile.
They just discovered my Root Canal was never “final capped” 5 months later. 🙏🙏🙏 Johnny
John, I have seen your tooth or dentist issue earlier. Myself, I had an infected tooth root from a root canal 12 years ago. The “infection ” started 10 years ago. It never bothered me. but the dentist said the tooth should be extracted. They would take x-rays every year and show me the inclusion telling me how it would spread and I would be calling them some Monday morning in agony. Never happened. The “infection” never bothered me for 10 years. Finally after the dentist and my wife badgered me to have an extraction I did in July 2025. After the extraction I went to the oral surgeon 3 times because the gum tissue was inflamed. They said it was the healing process, 6 months. Fast forward to March 2026 the inflammation is almost gone, not daily but a couple of days a week. Not sure how your “gum” feels. Reading your post here about anti-biotics. I put a small pinch of Borox in my water everyday. Borox kills bacteria, bad bacteria. May be the reason I dd not have tooth pain for 10 years. The bacteria was benign so to speak. The dentist laughed when I told them this. For me, no more root canals, no tooth extractions, and no surgeries. I often hear horror stories of post-surgery constant pain. God’s speed in your health! I’m praying for you brother. I have a history of bad teeth and abscesses all because of the dentistry mafia that my mom took me to as a young boy, all that has caused nothing but problems. I am as ready for Jesus to return as you are.
