Hydrogen Water is a GAME CHANGER for Inflammation!

I thought my Hydrogen water bottle was a bust but it wasn’t. It was healing me in ways I never thought possible!

When I started with hydrogen water last week I couldn’t believe the difference in my inflammation pain. I have severe chronic back and neck issues including sciatica, spinal stenosis, curvature of the spine and neck and more. So when I get up in the morning I usually have to snap, crackle and pop before I can walk well and even after stretching I’m still hunched over.

The next day I noticed a huge difference: I popped up out of bed with zero struggle! I ended up at my kitchen sink standing straight up for the first time in years! Today even my chiropractor noticed the difference in my posture! Hydrogen water has taken my inflammation and kicked it to the curb! And to think I almost gave up before I really got started!

You see I thought it had aggravated my gastroparesis (excessive bloating and forced belching) because it’s a gas and one thing I don’t need with my condition is extra gas! However the H2 water wasn’t the reason why I was having issues with my guts that day, it was the probiotic/green juice mix I had drank with the H2 water that caused me some discomfort. That being said however I learned to be cautious and take it slow as drinking it too fast will cause my gas issues to flare up. So if you’re going to try hydrogen water and you have GI issues, take it slow.

So how much did I have to drink before I noticed the big differences? Great question! On average I’d say I drink about 8-10 8oz cups of H2 water per day, along with the regular reverse osmosis water I have on hand. The night before I noticed the big difference I had also used the H2 inhalation machine so that may have accelerated my healing, which we will talk about in a different blog post! It took 12 hours from the time I started hydrogen water therapy to the time I felt pain free for the first time in years. Standing straight without effort and pain was something that’s hard to put into words.

Of course there are many more benefits to drinking H2 water but the one that really does it for me is H2 waters’ ability to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. Here’s a breakdown of the most common benefits you get from drinking H2 water.

Reduced oxidative stress;

Removal of toxins and adding of antioxidants;

Normalization of metabolic processes;

Increases the secretion of body-like antioxidants;

Activation of anti-inflammatory cytokines.

I feel like I’m late to the party again as this went viral awhile ago, but I know I’m not the only one as nobody in my Chiropractors office knew about it! I plan on telling everyone I know (I’ve already given my neighbor some H2 water) and I know more than a few people who are suffering from debilitating issues like mine.
